We purchased a used 2014 Town & Country Limited mobility van from Mobility Express. I am in a…read morewheelchair and needed an easy way to transport myself. We saw the van online and Daniel did a video walk-through of the van for us to see the interior and exterior. It needed several things done to it to bring it up to Mobility Express's standards. It took a few weeks to get all the issues taken care of and finally they delivered the van to my residence. They got the van back into nice shape for us. In the coming weeks we had a few issues that developed and the owner of Mobility Express, Fares, had us drive down to the shop and the issues were taken care of including a headlight assembly issue that developed after they initially replaced the assemblies. They replaced the assemblies with new again and we were off. A week later, the headlight assembly on one side had moisture in it and the other side had a faulty adjuster. I called Fares and he ordered another set from a different company and we drove down and had the new assemblies installed by tech Chris. Chris also aligned the headlights while we watched. All went well. It has been about a month now and the new assemblies are perfect. The folks at Mobility Express went above and beyond to fix our issues and to retain a happy customer. I cannot "express" how satisfied we are with their service and attention to detail. If you are in need of a mobility van, it would be worthwhile to stop in or call Mobility Express in New Port Richey or their other store in Ocala, Florida. They are experts in their field!

Steve is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. We had a power recliner that needed a new motor, and transporting it to a shop would have been extremely difficult for us. Steve handled everything right in our home -- he diagnosed the issue, ordered the necessary parts, and within just a few days had the chair working perfectly again.
