Kyle took care of me from making the decision about which tv set to buy to installing the new Sony 85 inch tv. Kyle spent 2 and a half hours carefully installing the set and programming the remotes. He carefully explained everything to me. I am 72 year old and don't easily understand technical things. My wife and I are delighted with the simple way our remote works now. And of course the picture on the Sony Bravia is spectacular. We were happy with the Samsung picture, but the Sony is much better. This happened the night before I had to fly back to San Francisco. Eddie was so gracious to look at my laptop and quickly replaced the hard drive before I left. It was not looking good regarding recovering my data on my old hard drive but Eddie kept it to see if he could keep working on it. Guess what, after a few days he recovered most of my data. I live in the Mecca of computer technology and I have had issues with computers and either they turn you away or it's prohibitively expensive to get something like this done.
