The entire staff team acknowledged us immediately before we fully walked through the door. They worked as a team to handle every customer in a timely fashion and handled all their needs. Despite one customer being loud and extremely impatient everyone remained professional, respectful and apologetic to the customers who had to witness it. Before I came here I went to a Metro on 19 & Fox hollow ( also reviewed , check it out), & after that bad trip I wasn't going to return to Metro. But my phone was on its last leg... I stopped for gas and figured what the heck.. Amanda was on it....I wasn't in the store for a minute & she greeted me. Quickly addressed what I needed & how much my budget was. Third phone was a hit, wrote me up, and Diego was great explaining the phone that didn't make me feel like a dumbass Love the new phone, didn't break the bank, and it only took an hour! Last time I got a phone it was like buying a car...this is the go to phone store...they need to send Amanda & Diego to the one on 19 & show em how it's done.
