    SGD does fantastic work through and through. Many of the other phone companies around the area…read moregenerally throw in the towel when they realize the problem is either out of their scope or just not theirs to begin with. Not SGD though, they work tirelessly to fix issues others stop halfway through on. They do more than just phones too. Everything from TV's, security systems, camera networks, and much more. Devin and Gilbert are incredibly professional yet light-hearted and very thorough with their work and with how they explain things to the customer.     They did network and data cabling drops (cat5,cat6) and also repaired a bad fiber connection for us…read moreover 6 months ago. The prices were competitive and all the workers were on time and very polite. The quality has been very good and they called again a week after install to make sure our fiber was working and see if we had any issues or problems.I highly recommend them. Yelp needs to add more categories because there is a lack of categories for network/data cabling, fiber optic, voip (voice over ip), paging/intercom systems,security camera installation- all of which this company does.

    04/07/2023 Frontier has no way of resetting their WiFi! As…read morea constant traveler and having Cameras, security system and air conditioning/Heating/and Humidifier working on WiFi it is not comforting to have it all go away after a lightning storm. Particularly if you are 3,000 miles away for a month. When I get home all I have had to do was turn it on. (Another company used to do this from their service desk). Plus, I paid 1/3 more than I am paying now for a better service. In trying to cancel my subscription, I have to take the equipment back to their store. (They have no store in Tampa)! I am satisfied if I was to stay home and be at the mercy of my WiFi.

After…read more2 weeks of awful service and horrific customer service i called to cancel...I called about 5 times and they just wouldn't cancel it out. On Jan 26th I took my equipment back to UPS(who told me to hold the paperwork for a year since they are notorious for charging people hundreds of dollars claiming they never received the equipment back). I then continue calling to close my account and they said it was done and it never was. I got a bill in March thinking my account has been closed. I called and they said the 88.00 was for the month of March and i told them I closed the account in Jan. I have a bill that they have charged me for Jan, Feb and March...$88.31 a month. The first time I called in Jan to cancel the person I spoke to said that i was under the 30 day guarantee and there would be no charge since i canceled after 2 weeks. Well i just got a letter from a debt collection agency...well they will not get a cent from me. This company has no scruples and i believe they are stealing from people intentionally. This is hilarious that Mary responded with same message she uses for everyone.. do you see you reviews? after dealing with Frontier for a month I can see your as ignorant as the people in customer service and it's also hilarious that you think i would ever try to call there again to try to fix anything! good riddance and you won't see a cent from me, don't give a rats ass about your debt collection!!! This person Mary that responded from Frontier is nothing but a liar...I just checked my account and nothing has been resolved!!!
