I called Cigars Direct and spoke with Edwin. While on the phone he reconstructed my order, sent me the invoice, waited while I paid it and gave me a 15% discount on the order as well! I've used CigarsDirect for years and have always been happy with their product, prices, shipping and packaging. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, thorough, and incredibly attentive to detail. They took their time to make sure everything was installed perfectly. I was especially impressed that they noticed a couple of minor issues that I hadn't even picked up on and proactively reordered a few wrinkled panels before even bringing them to my attention. They also patiently answered all of my questions and walked me through the apps and settings so I knew how to get the most out of the blinds. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the extension rod needed to manually open the blinds was never included in the original order, and this wasn't discovered until I brought it up during installation. This was absolutely no fault of Brett, Barney, or Chad, as they were not involved in the original sales order. Overall, excellent installation experience. Brett, Barney, and Chad went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend them!

When we went to the showroom to discuss the flooring, we found out that Hanover also remodels kitchen and bathrooms. We were impressed with the contractors and technicians that worked in our home and felt as if they treated our home as their home. The quality of the end product would rate about a 1 1/2 star but getting to the end product would rate a zero star. From Hanover we got a closet floor installation and bathroom remodel (turning a bathtub into a walk in shower). The communication with the company was horrendous. We never knew when a tech or contractor was coming and sometimes the notice that someone was coming would come the night before they came. We would go days without hearing anything and most times would not get our messages answered. This project was started mid-May and was completed in July after several reworking the grouting and disagreements on the construction flaws. Not even mentioning the pipe in the floor that they cracked and had to replace. The only time you will get on-time communication from them is when it is time to pay. If you have a discrepancy it will be addressed either days after your notifying them of the discrepancy or not at all. You will be highly disappointed if you go into business with Hanover. I really wish I could give them lower than a 1 star because they don't deserve a 1 star.
