Throughout our transition Nick and another male coworker of possibly spanish descent (didn't get his name) made sure we were taken care of. We walked away satisfied and will definitely return. The location was clean and easy to navigate without crowding others.

He couldn't reset or help I asked if I could use a desk phone phone to call support since mine wasn't working. Clearly why I was at the store and he said no. I said last year I brought my phone in that was dead and the guy who helped me was able to bring my account up and got through everything never had any issues. I guess Dawson got butthurt and told me to go find that guy and he couldn't help me again with a big grin on his face. . A little redundant since he already told me to go figure it out myself. Stay away from this place. Terrible service and not everyone is trained the same.
