This store has some amazing employees. On three occasions…read morewe stopped in here with my parents who live in Zhills. On both (of the positive) visits, the employee went above and beyond. They presented the perfect options for my parents' needs. ...there was one visit where the employee literally just called the national customer care line and sought the solution-- something we could and did attempt before going in to a store. The rating here doesn't reflect this one bad experience. During the two most recent (and very positive visits) there wasn't the high pressure sales pitch to give a senior something they didn't need. In fact, they hooked the parents up and made three different approaches and attempts to migrate data from one phone to another. This was a nonrevenue time consuming endeavor, but the employee truly just wanted to help make the customer's experience the best.
