I showed him the email from T-Mobile, he just kept arguing with me. Not only was he unfamiliar with Tmobile promotions but he was rude as well. I walked outside, dialed 611, got a very nice T-Mobile rep named Melissa and she pointed me to another store in Tarpon Springs. The guys in Tarpon Springs were fantastic, understood the program, got me in and out and on my way without hitting me up with all kinds of bogus additional charges.
