I wasn't sure what Batteries Plus offered besides the standard AAA, AA or car battery but I figured it was worth a shot to get my watch battery replaced. Fossil closed all their North American stores and my Fossil watch battery died around the time Covid got bad. Luckily, Batteries Plus offers replacements for $20 with a guaranteed replacement at any Batteries Plus location. Next time my watch battery dies I can bring it here and have it replaced for free. The $20 price tag is higher than the normal cost I pay but with the guarantee it's worth it. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Batteries Plus also offers a cheaper cost for individual batteries without the cost of installation. They also sell light bulbs, wiper blades, flash lights and other products. read more

I went here based on reviews and a recommendation. But unfortunately, I was very disappointed with their service. My phone was supposed to be ready at a certain time so I drove up to pick it up. At arrival they said that they called to let me know that the part wasn't available at their site so they had to pick it up elsewhere. Two things wrong in this scenario. They should have verified inventory before giving me a time to pick up and they should have called the back up number, as was requested, to notify me of the delay. Instead, they called MY cell phone, which was clearly in their possession. So there I am; they gave me a new time estimate and I come back then. Turns out that the carrier picking up the part was still on the road. So they gave me another estimate for numerous hours later. At the end of it all; I gave up for the day as I was already extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service. I picked up the phone the following day. And in the upcoming days I observed that the "repair" had not fixed my phone. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. UPDATE!! The staff reached out and resolved the battery issue. They reserved a battery for my phone and replaced it in 15 minutes. Phone works great now! read more

Brought my cellphone in to have Battery replaced store opened at 8 got there at 8:30 only person In the store gentleman came from the back all flustered, was almost afraid to leave the phone. He explained the tech wouldn't be in until 10:00 and wouldn't take long to fix, Ok no Problem , wrong phone call 10:30 from the tech had no idea what was going on with phone " no paperwork ( guess that was an invoice ) that was never filled out just asked for name and number, so tech says yes can do it now it will be ready for pick up 11:30 . If you are getting a phone screen replaced this place is a SCAM. Got it replaced for $175 and within a week cracks started forming and began to spread all across my phone. I ask if there is anything they can do and they say the best they can do is offer me $10 off a new screen repair. Terrible customer service and terrible work. Brought phone in for screen repair. Was told it would take 2 hrs. Paid and left. When I came back later the guy didn't even remember me and we had had conversation. Phone screen was fixed but not even sure phone is functioning because it was wiped clean, factory reset. Can't get into my phone. Guy said he didn't know anything about computers. My iphone 6 has gradually lost its charge. Struggling to keep my phone alive my significant other called up this store which was opened on a Sunday to see if they can replace my phone battery same day. They were able to and did so quickly. Took about 2 hours and during that time we ran errands and ate lunch. We walked in and the phone was like brand spankin new! My aluminum backing had been slightly bent as iphones just aren't made like they used to be and so far to date my phone has managed to not only hold a charge the battery barely budges! If you have an iphone 6 or 6s check to see if you qualify for an upgraded battery through apple if you don't I HIGHLY recommend taking it to a batteries plus to affordably replace the battery. I bought 4 batteries from here in November .The staff had absolutely no knowledge of there products,which should have been a red flag in my head. When I hooked up the batteries they did not have even half the power they claimed they would.Multiple calls to management and was told when. I get back in town they would replace said batteries. Now I'm back and I'm being told 14 days no warranty stop calling us.I was told 10 year warranty when purchased. Also my friend wanted a screen put on his cell phone and they wanted $200.00 to fix his $30 cell phone. The staff are fucken idiots and the manager is a real piece of shit. I went into the store and left them my phone to put a battery in it. They put a battery in and it worked for about a day or two then died. I returned the phone to them after a couple days, and left it with them, They kept the phone for a couple days before they told me they could not fix the phone. They told me to come into the store and get a full refund. I misplaced the receipt and just found it. Now the owner says he will only give half of my money back. I want my electronics to still work after a battery is installed. Also if the battery that is sold to me did not work and it was returned . I should get a refund. They have not provided any service for me. The battery they put in my phone didn't last more than a couple days. I returned the battery and they still have it. In short they broke my phone and will not return my money to me. They have the battery and the phone. I have not gotten any service for the money I spent. They said they would refund my money to me, but the never mentioned a time frame. read more

I came here to have the batteries replaced in my car's key fobs. I noticed one was low, and decided to do both at once. A week later they both completely died... Kinda a bit strange for me... I ended out just taking them to the dealership. Maybe it was the fobs that needed to be reset after? I'm not sure, but changing the batteries should of fixed it. They guys working her are very nice. The prices weren't bad (had they of solved my issue). But regardless I paid for new batteries to solve my key fob's from dying... Yet that didn't happen. read more

Wish I can give it a zero... Okay this is what happened. Brought my brand new iPhone 6 in for a screen repair. The day earlier it was dropped lightly, but the screen cracked. I looked up multiple companies and some had prices down to $70.00 for the repair, but I wanted to go with Batteries Plus since they were not a small independently owned operation.. BIG MISTAKE.. They have two technicians at this location. One that they claim has been in the industry for over 15 years and knows everything and the other a younger kid that can work on everything but Samsung Galaxy's for some reason. After the repair, I don't think they should work on any equipment. The screen works now, but during that the flex cable was damaged and now the board is overheating, camera doesn't work and speaker goes on and off while talking. After spending 3 hours of a Friday going back and forth for them to fix the issue, the end result was I should call or come back Monday "when Aaron the experienced technician is in". WHY WAS THE FIRST TECHNICIAN NOT EXPERIENCED!? So I called back Monday at 10AM and spoke with the assistant Manager Tracy. He told me that he was aware of the issue and they will get back to me once they speak further with their tech support. At 6:00 pm the same day I called the store back to see if there was yet a resolution and the person I spoke with was my first repair technician Jake. After telling him the situation and letting him know I was in need to have this issue fixed, he said unfortunately Tracy the Ass Manager and Aaron the repair tech were gone for the day and he was unaware of the situation. I questioned that and asked, "Weren't you the one that tried to repair the phone when the whole issue came up in the beginning?", to which he answered yes, but he was not in the morning phone conversation with Tracy, so he couldn't help. Now, I knew this company was getting shadier as time went on. He told me to call back the next morning, Tuesday at 10AM to get to Tracy or Aaron "the actual trained repair tech". So Tuesday 10:00 am I call, Tracy answers again. Again, I tell him the issue and he acts like he just heard it for the first time! He tells me there was a shipment of 3 flex cables in today and one should be mine, but he won't know until Aaron arrives at 12:00 pm. I ask if I should call then, and Tracy says he will have Aaron contact me........ After 7 hours of waiting, I decided to call and find out if this was the needed flex cord for my phone. Tracy gets on, only to hand the phone off asap to Aaron who tells me they do have a cable, but to come in so he could look at the phone. So, I drive there for a third time.. Waited and hour while he looked at it and just got the same broken phone back. Aaron claimed he tried a different flex cable and cleaned the area's but it didn't work. The reason I knew this peon was lying was because he was unable to test the phone unless I unlocked it! He never changed anything, just wasted an hour of time and then offered to put the old screen back on and offer me a refund. This company is a joke! That fixes nothing, Batteries Plus still screwed my cable, maybe the main board and my brand new phones battery is now going to be shot. THANKS FOR NOTHING BATTERIES PLUS!! YOU GUYS ARE A JOKE! PS... All the batteries and bulbs they sell in store are half price or less online.. Just take the two seconds. type it in that amazon search bar and save a bit. I've heard nightmares of some cell phone repair stores using cheap parts that typically fail. Anyways knowing Batteries Plus tests all its parts before providing them to their stores. So we decided to make a appointment online plus we got 10% off. One of the employees called within five minutes and told us he would set a screen aside until we got there. When we got there they asked us how old her phone was and since it was a year and a half old they offered a battery for 50% off since they already had to open up the phone. Why not?I couldn't believe it, we went and ate lunch and came back and picked up her phone. I made an appointment online for 1/17/18 at 6:30pm to replace my iphone6 battery. I had been seeing reports of batteries being in limited supply, so I called this location to verify that there was a battery in stock. They told me that the battery was put off to the side and ready to be installed. I figured the appointment was confirmed and I was good to go. I show up to the shop at 6:15pm and the BP employee told me that there was not a technician on duty that could install the battery. He also stated that the person that could do it, left around 5pm. Now, I only live about 15-20 minutes away from this store, depending on traffic, but it's a little frustrating to set an appointment, speak with someone about said appointment, and then show up to find out that there is no one to complete said service. They may have great products, but this would make me think twice about ever going to or recommending BP to anyone. read more
