My husband lost his phone this afternoon, so we ran over to this store to purchase a new I-Phone as replacement. The manager Razim was patient ,thorough and very professional. He explained all the details of the plan and billing. This is the d second time we've used this store and has always been an outstanding very customer friendly experience. Due to a great promo, we ended up ugrading my husbands outdated I-pad for brand new 1, so thrilled. Not going to get into the rude lady to much. For me the saying (what ever) used in context in an heated discussion means (fk you). She said this to me because she couldn't multi task just talking to two people. She got defensive and more rude. So I lowered myself to her level and ripped her a good one so good she called police on me. Police came out and making long story short her manager had her apologize to me. Apology not accepted and proceeded to teach them both about customer service. Will never go back and will never buy their product. read more

By far the worst Verizon store I've ever been in. The man who took care of me was beyond horrible. The 2 nd time I've been in this particular Verizon store. Both time were awful. The first time was 7 months ago when my husband passed away and I needed to disco his service. The same guy was super disrespectful. Made a smart remark and I walked out. Today my phone was not working right. People could hear me but I couldn't hear them. His answer was It's time to get a new phone. I walked out. I turned the phone off and rebooted. Amazing. Works just fine. Verizon wake up. This is twice in 3 weeks. The other store was on Congress Avenue in BOYNTON Beach and they deleted my e mail Then told me I needed to deal with ATT to get it back. Stopped in today because we're having trouble connecting our older Samsung Android phone to our new CR-V to get WAZE & Google Maps. Went to Honda last week and they said it may be our older cable, suggested we stop in Verizon for a new one. Edward was the most helpful person you'll ever want to meet. He sat with us in the car, kept trying, connecting, disconnecting, reconnecting for at least 20 minutes. The most patient man in the world! He didn't stop until he got us connected and working again. Recently upgraded the phones at this retailer. What a mistake! Customer Service is an unknown at this location. Had to come back several times because of mistakes incurred by staff at the time of the sale, subsequently causing inflated monthly charges. was told that everything was taken care of only to be faced with the same problems next billing cycle. Lates visit ended up in a salesperson telling us to leave the store because we were upset with the horrible service. The salesperson refused to state her name and compelled other employees not to give any information relating to her ID either. She was extremely rude, unprofessional and told us incorrect info as that relates to past payments on the account. She said that the price we pay is akin to buying a used car, once you sign the papers the price is higher that was the sticker price. Did not know that Verizon is now on par with the used car lot. Would not recommend this store to anyone who's expecting half-decent service once the phone is purchased. G read more

I bought a new phone, or so I thought. I went to Apple to sign up for Apple care, only to find out the phone was previously activated in October of 2017. I bought the phone Dec9 of 2017. Should I have paid the new full price? Nobody will do anything to help me. I can't buy AppleCare because it has to be purchased within 60 days of activation. This store won't do anything because they constitute this phone to be new. They say someone returned it within the 14 days. So which is it? New or used? I say it's used, I'm not mad at Verizon because this is an independent authorized dealer. Verizon told me they would switch out the phone if they could for a new one, but I'm past the 14 days return policy, and I didn't buy from a Verizon Corporate store. I'm never going back to this store, only corporate stores for me. It's too bad, I thought they were nice there at first. read more

I have the same issue as reviewer Margaret. Went to Apple Genius Bar for phone issues and was told was refurbished and denied service. Paid full price for iPhone X. Now, trying to get a response from Team Leader Alex and General Manager Meshal. So far, nothing. I am prepared to go public and see who else has been duped. Great class action suit awaits. You know if two of us within a year having same scenario, there have to be others A BS response. This store, a franchise, not corporate, is selling replacement/refurbished phones as new as verified by Apple today. Do NOT attempt to let these people buy out your contract from any other carrier. These people lie and steal from consumers. They should not be allowed to advertise that they pay up to $650 per phone line transferred to them from another carrier. We had 3 lines they would only take 1 of the phones and we ended up with a $1200 dollar bill from AT&T and still have not received the pitiful $299 Verizon offered. It has been 3 months and now my credit is destroyed because AT&T put us into collections. Just go to Metro they do not have contracts and they are affordable. Do yourself a favor and run from Verizon and AT&T they are thieves and liars!!! ( of course Verizon responded on Yelp and offered to rectify the issue and then I tried to contact them and no response!!
