He came out same day to connect my new office in WPB. I prefer not to use franchise and large corporate service providers, and Computer Ninja's is just the righ balance. They are highly skilled, provide superior service, and every person that has come to do on sites has proven to be both professional and very personable. These guys are jazzed up about what they do and their energy is contageous. Maxx and his team are high energy, precise, responsive, and on time...EVERY TIME! I'm a few months in with a new computer and printer, and Im not quite used to a few of the updates with both. Maxx responded before 8:00 a.m. after a holiday weekend and managed to squeeze me into a very full schedule. I see one of the reviews states that Maxx took a call after hours...not only that, he corresponded with me while on a winter vacation in a completely different time zone. I was sold on his pitch that he builds it, installs the software, and delivers a completely set up unit, and supports it free of charge for 2 weeks. To be sure everything worked, I went for the one year $350 unlimited support. Total price $2,450. Well, the software was a mess. Things were set up wrong. After a couple of weeks, and hours on the phone with Brain, things were even worse. Brian claimed everything was "perfect" and just ignored what I was telling him. I found someone else that resolved all the issues. Clearly, I won't be using Brian's "unlimited support." I emailed and asked for a refund on the $350 for the one-year support that I would use none of. Brian's response, verbatim: "Not going to happen. Best wishes for your future endeavors." If this is the kind of business you want to deal with, you know who to call. Otherwise, keep looking.

The woman who answered the phone put me on hold for a few minutes, and then got back on the phone and said since I left an "unfair" review they would not offer their warranty services! I asked her if anything in my original review was untrue? She replied no, but that I had agreed to the $90. Yes I did, but that's like a tire company charging you more for a Jaguar tire vs a Hyundai tire for the same tire. It's price gouging and now it's blackmail for you to not offer the warranty you have to finish / fix the issue I paid your for unless I delete or change my review.. Shame on you - I hired someone else
