Ryan was the representative who helped me and he was terrific. He devoted his time to make sure everything was in the cloud and then installed on the new iPad. I bought a couple of accessories from him such as the screen cover to protect the glass and also the Case. I was concerned about the price which was extremely high and compared on Amazon, which of course was cheaper, but it did come with a full guarantee for life and I know he would the screen cover on properly that I wouldn't make a mistake. When he went to charge me the price on the register,It was $100 less money and he also waived the $40 fee for his service because I was buying the Accessories from him. There was an issue with some of the emails not coming through. So I went home and the next day everything installed properly before returning the old iPad to Verizon through UPS I went back to Victra and Ryan helped me make sure that everything on the old iPad was wiped clean. He had a great attitude and was a lovely man to help us. I highly recommend going to the store.

The customer service representative's for a quick efficient and very polite even shaking my hand. I've never bought a new battery that wasn't charged up. I jumped the battery Drove about 20 miles came home and the next morning I went to start bike and there was no charge in the battery. I thought I must've done something wrong on the install? Then then I checked the voltage comming out of the battery and it was 12.5 V I turn the key the voltage went down to 4 1/2 V (the battery was dead!). They sold me a used battery that was some ones core exchange for a new one. I went to BP+ and they said that they couldn't warrant me a new one until they try to charge this old one for 1 hour. Are you kidding me! How do you run a business like that? I argued for about a for an 45min and got my money back. Wow!!
