He had decided himself to change the color of the iPad and did not inform me to make the decision myself. And didn't even change the button still left it white! I came in with a phone that had a small crack in the front left corner, and a spider crack on the back. I needed it fixed simply for a trade in with my own cell phone service provider, who requires the phone to be in perfect working condition. Moe "claimed" that he repaired it by replacing the front and back of the phone. After waiting for 30 minutes, he handed me a completely different phone, stating that it was mine; he had just switched out the back to another color. I knew it was a lie, but I didn't feel like the hassle. After I left the store, I remembered that I had my old memory card left in my old phone, so I called him the next day to retrieve it. He goes and gets my old phone that he claimed he only replaced the body out on and hands it to me. It's bad enough that you try to get over on people, but don't be so stupid to realize that sometimes some of those people might be law enforcement or undercover officers. In my line of work, I a lot of shady people, so handling an unscrupulous person like this would not be hard to do. To top it off, he got smart and mad with me because I pulled his trick card. No diagnostic testing capability, not trained to check function of phone. When another employee asks if I received help, employee states, "I know why they're here, they are fine." Dismissive demeanor. No receipt provided for transaction. Receipt requested via mail/email. Request denied, employee says, "come into store." Does not state activation fee will be required to link new phone to existing account, no fee transparency. When asked to transfer contacts, sales associate says, "yeah, we'll see if I'm able to." Sales associate consistently demonstrates incompetence, negligence, and hostility. Corroborated by the account of family members and friends who also attempted to negotiate with employee in person and via phone. Able to provide employee name, time and date of visit, time of multiple unanswered attempts to contact storefront, and time of answered phone call/ denial of receipt transmission upon request. Will submit review to every review platform, and will file complaint with BBB regarding denial of receipt of purchase, and lack of fee transparency.
