I canceled then and there, but because I was bundled with my friend, she became the primary account holder while my credit card was being used. I paid off everything on my end and contacted them. They assured me that my account was canceled. I had to call back again and again to get them to cancel and EVERY TIME they said they had canceled it. The last straw was just a few minutes ago when I called again. I found out they charged my cc for March, April and May payments. They said they couldn't do anything about it because I was not the primary on the account. As the secondary, Verizon won't deal with me. Only my old roommate. While I am still friends with her, she is not the most reliable person when it comes to making a phone call to Verizon that will probably last an hour or more. I was able to get them to cancel Autopay, which my card apparently is registered. I can't even count on that considering how many times I have called to cancel. So they're making me jump through hoops - contacting my friend to have her get information from them so I can file a dispute through my cc, then contacting my cc dispute center to have them file. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and Verizon is on my sh-- list now. I won't even go into getting my new phone from their authorized dealer last year and the thousands of dollars I had to spend to pay off the "free" tablet and smartwatch. That is another review I filed a few months ago.

This place needs to get it together…read more Their website says they are opened on the weekends but when I walked down there on a Saturday, it said different hours, NOT weekends. Ok, lesson learned. I should have called ahead of time, whatever. So get this. I walk down there again on Wednesday when they say they're open, and guess what? They're closed! They have a sign saying "back at 1:00pm", it was 1:30pm. There was a message on the door saying "call this number if not here". I called and guess what? No answer because the phone is turned off and the voicemail box was full. Same was true for their store phone - can't leave voicemail. One can only wonder how they're still in business if they are literally not there to do business and you can't even reach them. All in all, Im sure they do good quality work and that they're good people, but I'm just asking, is it so hard for you to Update your website and be there when you say you'll be there?

However, my phone had started to initialize after a fall and did not complete reloading. I arrived at the store and saw two employees helping other customers. From out of the back came Trevor to help out my wife and I. She had an issue with an app trying to gain control of her phone and mine was a brick. Trevor started working both phones at once, clearing my wife's phone in under 3 minutes. Mine took longer, but he was able to get it setup to where when I would log into my Gmail account my phones info would be reloaded and I would be back in business. Unfortunately Gmail 2 step verification ask you to check your phone to log in. Phone was still a brick, NO FAULT of Verizon or Trevor. I had to have Gmail use my backup email account which took 5 days to confirm with Gmail. Once I was able to log into Gmail I could activate my phone and recover my info. I am back in business. Seth worked effectively and was able to answer all our questions. He is a very friendly guy and professional and knowledgeable in interactions with customers. I greatly recommend this business. Verizon also has the best value in cellphone service.

She never got back to us and when I called her voicemail, her box was full. When I stopped by, she was never in. So, we lost the upgrade credit. I am a small business owner and don't have countless hours to chase this down. The online store is just as bad. After being hounded for months that I am eligible for an upgrade, I tried to upgrade my Fold 3 to a Fold 6. According to their site, I was not eligible, though I had tons of messages stating I was. I called and their rep confirmed that I was eligible. After two hours on the phone setting up the account for an upgrade for my new phone, I was told what my bill would be. An email was sent to confirm what my future bill would be. However, when I got my bill it was $100.00 higher than I was quoted. Also, AT&T never sent me a label to return my old phone and when I asked the rude Grass Valley store rep, she said that I didn't get a label because my phone wasn't an upgrade. So, now I've got to call and spend another hour or so to battle this out. I'm pretty much done with this company and once I've paid off most of my phone, I'm dumping AT&T.

Based…read moreon my experience and many of my friends experiences, it's clear what he does js break your device so he can sell you another one for " a super good deal." I took my phone in that had a cracked screen. I was told to come back the next day, I did, wasn't ready, come back the next day, I did, still wasnt ready. On the third day of me driving 40 miles round trip he tells me the phone js broken but he can sell me a nicer one for 400$. Broken? No. Broken screen. Was working fine when I left it there and THEY broke it. So I ask for my phone back and he says he feels bad so he will get me a new iPhone and give my old one back. I go in at the time I was told and then sat there and waited over an hour for my old now broken phone to be put back together. Then they tried to give me my broken phone and charge me 150$ for another one. At this point I had already gotten a different phone up and running, day 5 and I needed a phone, I told them this and they still trying to convince me to buy this other phone i don't need after they broke mine. I had to threaten to call the police for them to even give me back my 40$ deposit. So 5 days later, I drove about 150 miles trying to get my phone, all I get back was my phone which was not broke when I left it there. I lost all of my information and a lot of photos. Had I known my phone would be broken I would have saved my info before dropping it off to have the screen fixed. This is the most unprofessional place I've ever seen and while Mohammed seems like he's trying to help, it's clear he is just a very good scam artist. The same thing happened to my friend with her computer, needed a software update and 3 months later went in after he was ghosting her and found her computer in the garbage bin, her hard drive swiped, lost everything. Go to auburn and watch the lady fix your screen while you sit there. It's honestly absurb and he has some lawsuits coming his way. In response to bS response.Why is it that you had someone call me to make sure I had saved my data after you already told me it was broken? And how am I supposed to back up information on a phone that no longer works? When you break someone's phone to the point of no repair, the data is lost. Your response is very unintelligent..And your several options to fix the issues all included me spending hundreds of dollars on a new device when mine wasn't broken in the first place. I've had my screen fixed several times and everyone has always done it right in front of me and it's never not turned back on or been broken. Having me come back day after day without even so much as a call to tell me not to drive there again if it's not ready. It's very unprofessional and based on other people's reviews this happens often, it's not a coincidence. Im sorry but yoh aren't fooling anyone. Im sure you've fixed thousands of peoples devices that don't know any better and just listen to your con and pay you. When I was there, a man came in that said he had now been there 4 times in the past month and his phone a week later after being fixed had more issues... you should truly stop taking advantage of people.

I am upset because I clearly told you I was traveling and my GPS was important. I was charged $100, plus left without a way to identify my route. I used to have a phone number provided by at&t but after being unable to pay my bill and having my…read morephone number taken away, I lost access to over a decade of photos and contacts from my Gmail account due to the 2 factor authentication requirements I set up back when I had that number. Now that a new customer acquired this phone number, I requested the code that Google sent to that number in order to regain access. The cricket customer that has this phone number now felt uneasy about the request due to his age and unfamiliarity with 2FA. He went into this store and was directed to deny me access to this code. The employees at this store are poorly trained and just sealed my fate by suggesting that I be denied the code. They are directly responsible now for me losing years of priceless photos and contacts that I'll never be able to access again without it.

Not today though lol I don't know what the guys name is but if cricket wireless even cares at all, I guess you can look and see who is on the schedule today in grass Valley. Literally walked in and the place smelled like weed. The guy was talking on his phone and I told him "hey don't worry about it. You can have another minute". He came out with a very condescending and snarky attitude when I told him I wanted to get new service and get new phones. He told me that even though I had been using cricket service under my exes plan that even if I came here getting my own service with my own name and my own credit card and my own new lines without transferring my number that that wouldn't count and I could just pay the $300 for the new phones and there would be no deal for me. he also didn't even look into whether I had an upgrade or not for this. He just argued with me and was a complete jerk. I find all of this very interesting because I was just in last week and somebody else told me that they absolutely could do that and even check. So I'll just say lastly that you know that's totally fine. AT&T gets priority service on their towers anyway so it looks like I'll be going to AT&T. You guys lost yourself a customer. Sounds like you should've worked harder to keep Josh around. Take care.
