Employee seemed to have an attitude and was v dismissive. I had a simple issue but she could not understand and seemed heavily irritated the entire time. I called a different verizon store with the same question and they were able to help me solve my problem in less than 30 seconds. read more

Will avoid this location at all costs! Stopped in on a Friday evening and there were two employees working with probably 8 customers standing around waiting. There was no greeter, no instructions as to how to get assistance. We waited for over 20 minutes and left..went to the one on Michigan Street and were assisted immediately. On another occasion I had a new phone shipped here and waited over an hour because, again, there was no greeter or way to have someone assist me quickly. I tried to ask a few employees for my order and was directed to wait for the next associate. When it was finally my "turn" the employee helping me apologized because there was no need to wait to just pick up an order. read more

They ordered my phone except they sent it to the wrong store phone ended up going back to Texas where it came from it was only going to take a couple of days took more than a week I don't recommend this place I had to call someone else to help me and they canceled it for me and I got an iPhone in the store the same day read more

Verbally assaulted by a Verizon solicitor today. He acknowledged my no solicitation sign and said that everybody loved him and it was ok. When I turned them away he verbally assaulted me with name calling and profanities. I'm a senior citizen and don't deserve this kind of treatment. read more

My phone was on its last leg while I was visiting from out of town, and my bf took me here to get a new phone. Right away, we were greeted by an associated who me put me on the waiting lsit. I only waited a few minutes until Frederik approached me. While he was in the back checking on stock, at least 2 associates approached me to make sure I was already being helped. Frederik provided great service and didn't push additional products on me. He made sure I got the best bang for my buck on a rather expensive phone. read more

After spending 6 hours on the phone over the span of two days, I went into the store to deal with an issue with my phone. They could not help me and directed me to their phone. Yup....only one star.....wish I could make it ZERO STARS!!!Worst customer experience ever dealing with an online prepaid phone purchase. Purchased a phone online. Ended up wanting to return the phone. Online rep said I could return the phone in stores. This store refused to return or even exchange my phone. Worse than that. I was stuck with another phone line because online you can't buy just the phone you have to purchase another line and minutes for the phone. I voiced this frustration to the reps in the store and they pretty much told me off and did nothing for me. Sprint might not be the best provider but at least they treat me half ways decent when I have an issue. Dear Verizon, treat your customers poorly and we will voice our frustrations!!!! read more

I went in for a new phone and watch. Reyna seemed to struggle with the system to get my order placed, ended up having to do two separate orders. After telling her several times my address needed to be changed because they didn't have what I wanted in stock, she placed the orders and I learned she sent one order to the incorrect address and the other order to the correct address. Now Verizon is saying they can't change it unless they cancel but I may not get the same deal I got when originally ordered. They said if it's not returned and the person at the old address keeps it, they could do a fraud report. Either way I'm not getting my new phone in the two days as promised and had to spend an hour on the phone dealing with unprofessional, rude employees. Can't even call the store directly to see if they could fix their mistake and/or offer a discount or deal for this nonsense I have to deal with now. I am an hour and a half away from the store so going back isn't an option with gas prices. This store and company are ridiculous and all about themselves and not customer centered. HORRIBLE! Generic public relations response for damage control. The employee opened and loaded my wife's phone without notice and opened accessory screen shield without notifying my wife. Handed my wife a phone ineligible for return without fees. Subjecting us to a large fee if we returned the item. No attempts to fix complaint from the store or management day of purchase or after. I dropped my iphone 6 and cracked the screen. I took it to this place to see if it could be repaired. The guy took 1 look at it and gave a disappointing groan and was SOOO sorry, but nothing could be done. He was adamant my phone was a lost cause and there is NO way to repair it. I signed up to wait for a sales rep to get a new phone, but when I waited 45 minutes with no end in site, I just left. Went online and found a website, iFixit.com. Bought a screen and repair kit for $80. 3 days later, it arrives, 30 minutes after that, voila, phone just like new. Thanks for the lies and waste of time. Won't be back anytime soon. Will be switching carriers after the new year. read more
