If I could give a negative star review, I would. This was THE WORST customer service experience i can recall in years... ever??? Went in to discuss a bulk buy of devices and plans for a local sports program. I barely got 5 words out and was yelled at aggressively then asked to leave the store. While walking away I was called names by the primary employee to the other.... HORRIBLE experience. read more

I have had to call and be told different things by different people in their customer service department 3 times since the initial phone call. This is my phone that I paid cash for. It was not financed thru Boost. It is mine and I should be able to do what I want with my property. If this is how Boost treats their past customers, why would I ever go back and use their company. I have no problems with the Boost store on Division Ave, I have a problem with their entire company.

That's right, now we have to worry about the back of the phone as well as the screen, haha. The phone still worked fine, but the broken glass was getting worse so I called around to a few different companies to get quotes. UBreakIFix quoted $250 and would need to make an appointment, Lake Effect Phone Repair was $200 and could be done the same day with no appointment, and Repair Tech 360 quoted $149 and it would take 4-5 hours but they had the part in stock. I decided to just do the cheapest option, and was really happy with the experience. It did take about 5 hours, but Laura was so funny and nice and joking around with me, "What did you do to your phone," - I really liked her sense of humor. Plus the job was done well and my phone looks brand new again. I'd definitely go back for future repairs or technology issues. Their services are clearly priced on their menu screen.

I came in for an issue with stick drift and got charged $45. Got the controller back and there was…read moreanother issue discovered later on that I almost got charged $20 for. I said how about $15? Deal. Got my controller back about 2 weeks later because I had to come back and wasnt texted or emailed (You had my information from the first visit). Later on, I discovered there was enough drift stick once again on the left analog stick to disturb my gameplay. In total, you charged me $60 to make my original issue "A little better". I might as well have bought a new controller with that money. Avoid this dishonest, unprofessional place.
