Said it only takes 15 mins to do this over phone - well Mr. Chad, I have news for you, I have been dealing with Verizon for 2 weeks trying to switch lines and I'm on hold for 20-30 mins first before talking to someone. This Chad manager is super rude, obnoxious and my mother is a meek and mild woman. This store is by far one of the worst ones out there. Chad should be fired for his behavior as I was on the line listening to it while my mother was trying to ask someone to her. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! They have a poor rating for a reason!!! I took it to the big box store the computer was purchased from and received no help except to tell us to buy another computer. Then I found Express PC which was located close to our business. I brought it in and it was diagnosed with a bad hard drive. It needed to be replaced and I asked if any information could be recovered (especially all our client records) and they said they would try but it was unlikely. The next day they called to say they were able to recover all the data!! They transferred all the info to a newly installed hard drive. The service was amazing. The price was reasonable and we couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Express PC. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!!

Andrew, whom I talk to when I first called, gave me all sorts of helpful advice over the phone on how to use my dad's phone as a wireless hotspot. Long story short: it worked, but we needed more than that. And since I was due for the upgrade, I just took care of everything at once. Can't say enough good things about Justin, whom I talked to when I called back and whom I made an appointment with almost immediately. He explained everything in layman's terms and completely set the whole thing up - even showed me how to change my password to something easy to remember. No Verizon guy has ever done that for me. And, Justin was great fun to talk to while we got everything set up. Very real and down to earth, friendly yet professional. Result: I took the new device to my parents and within a couple of minutes, all of us had access, once again. Yay! Oh, and Justin even filled out the paperwork for me for the $50 rebate. Paul the latest manager here, talked me into getting new phones, internet, & cable…read more New phone didn't work, came in next day told him and was told I had 14 days to return for a full refund. I went in today to do that, and received horrible service from employee Josh. He sat behind the desk screaming at me from across the room, refused to process the return, said I had to pay a $110 restocking fee for the phone, which was never told to me. When I asked for a district or regional manager he screamed no one is going to waive the fee and wouldn't tell me who they were. I went to another location and was told I had to deal with these asshats. Once I left I discovered this jerk turned off my old phone so I couldn't even call to complain. I spent 5.5 hrs on the phone with ATT 1800 #, getting my old phone back on he purposely turned off, getting direct tv & internet returned, and returning the phones with ATT loyalty care. I was also forced to get a different ATT plan to " buy a newer phone" Now I am paying $200 more a month for the same service I had before & had to pay $110 restocking fee for phones I just returned with ATT loyalty. I have wasted 1.5 weeks of my life and multiple hours on the phone trying to rectify this mess! Do NOT go in here! In fact, don't even bother with ATT anymore. The internet didn't work and neither did their Direct TV. They have lost my service for life! Been with them forever too! Waste of time & $. Horrible, horrible, horrible shady service!
