    I recently transferred my service from AT&T to Verizon and visited this location for assistance…read more Unfortunately, I was told their system was down and that I would need to call customer service. When I explained that I did not currently have phone access, the staff offered no alternative solution other than to go to another location until I asked to use their phone. I then spent over two hours (2 hours and 13 minutes) on the phone with a Verizon representative while in the store, with very limited assistance from the staff. During my visit, I also observed another customer come in needing help, and the staff appeared to quickly find reasons they could not assist them either. I was later informed that this location is a third-party (indirect) Verizon retailer. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend visiting a corporate Verizon store for assistance, as the level of service may differ significantly.

I guess you don't want your money- fine by us. Imagine being the one trying to GIVE someone $500 and having a hard time. We go into the store to make it right and we're met with the rudest, most bothered, useless, dismissive wonder. I have no idea what possessed this little fella to go into any type of job where he speaks to other people, and is supposed to be helpful, but he's about as pleasant as a Brillo pad. Before we even get our sentence out-"You have to call customer service" We tried that, why else would we be in here. Try to explain the whole situation and he cuts us off again "Then the account is closed." Try to elaborate one more time "They'll send you a final bill in the mail." Clearly we interrupted his paid time to stare at his phone. Across this board this seems to be a trend with Verizon employees. Work ethic of a cucumber. You absolutely don't have to put up with this, it's not normal with any other phone company.

    Back in December, AT&T was offering a promotion where you could receive up to $800 per line for…read moreswitching. Based on what I qualified for, I was expecting to receive $2,205.63. In order to switch, I paid $2,530.60 out of pocket and put it on my credit card, assuming the reward would help cover that cost. I submitted all my receipts in December and received confirmation that they were received. When I followed up in January, I was told they needed additional information. Getting that information from my previous provider turned into a long and frustrating process, but I finally had the documents mailed to me in February and uploaded them as requested. After uploading, I never received any confirmation or update. When I called today, I was told the documents I submitted were still not sufficient and that I needed to provide even more information. I was then transferred to a manager (which I didn't request), who told me that my claim is now marked as "expired" and that nothing can be done to change it. At this point, I'm out $2,205.63. That's a significant amount of money, especially right now, and this whole process has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I followed the steps, submitted what was asked, and still ended up with nothing. I would strongly urge others to be cautious with this promotion. My experience has been stressful, time consuming, and ultimately very costly.

    Update: went again 11/25 and same experience. Cleared slumped in chairs watching TV. Could care…read moreless if we were there or not. Quick to tell us they were out of the phone we were looking for.. Immediately left and went to the AT&T store on Preston and 380... WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! They opened the fire for us, store was bright and busy, clerks were ready to help us and answer any questions!! WILL NOT EVER GO BACK TO THE STORE IN 380 just east of 428 in frisco!! HOW DOES THIS STORE STAY OPEN!?!?!? 1/24. I went into this 380/423 months on Jan 2, 2024 as soon as the store opened... I went in to do a trade up for my daughter who is away at school. The 2 kids "working" there didn't seem to want to be there. The kid that "helped me" seemed to be bothered (getting his name tomorrow when I go in) when I asked questions. The kid told me I had to pay off the old phone and when my daughter got her new phone she would only have to take it to an AT&T store near her to have everything transferred and leave it there for them to send in....Nope! I knew that kid was going to screw something up! And he did! HE DID NOT SET UP AS A TRADE! I've spent 3 days trying to contact the store and AT&T directly to figure out why they would not ship it out and now I know why! This store is very unprofessional.     I have nothing against T-Mobile, I have had a great service so far…read more However, if I could put NO stars I would, because of employees like the one in these store. I bought an ipad under a "deal 50% off" and when I got the statement it showed there was no deal applied. the promotion had expired 3 days ealier from when I bought the ipad but the associate told me otherwise. I called customer service, under their directions I went to the store because the store could assist me. At the store I spoke to NATALIE, assistant manager. I told her what happened but she didnt even let me finish when she was saying I can return the ipad. She didnt open my account, she didnt try calling a supervisor or manager, she didnt reach out to employee support line, she didnt give me options on how to work around so I can keep the line and tablet, she started screaming and telling me what to do. I asked her for the manager and she said manager is on vacation, God knows whats true. When I started recording her she decided to call the police on me and had me kicked out of the store. She was unprofessional, not helpful at all, she doesnt care for customer service but sadly that is her job. Good thing I have a recording of how everything happened.

With 4 lines being in CA, it was a complicated switch over which Ethan was an absolute savior in helping us. I can say he went over and beyond the to be available to answer all our questions and most of all, he was highly knowledgeable and capable in making the transition happen without a glitch. ATT did not make it easy to switch over but Ethan walked me through the entire process and made the process as smooth as possible. Yes, this place does get busy so I would definitely make an appointment prior to heading over. Besides Ethan, I've had nothing but a great experience with all the employees there during my several visits to get my change-over completed!!!
