We discovered after the transaction that this is a 3rd party provider of Verizon products called Victra. See the small "sign" on the door. The reps were nice but (admittedly) not transparent about what they were selling us. The accessories were way overpriced, and they avoided telling us the costs. Both invoices they provided included incorrect names and addresses on them, yet our Verizon account showed the correct transaction therein. In bringing that to their attention, they had no explanation saying that that's just the way it is. I would suggest using caution when dealing with them, or better yet, find a Verizon store that is direct with Verizon and not a third-party company. read more

When my Apple phone went bad due to a decimated battery, Tyler was able to help me transfer my info from one phone to the other. Then my Apple password wasn't working causing me to not be able to login into Gmail and several apps but he stuck with it and told me to watch for an email from Apple with new instructions on how to resolve the issue. Apple did respond (days later), buy immense thanks to Tyler for staying with me on this issue. Well done Tyler! read more

This store is actually truly terrible. I don't usually leave reviews but I had to this time. I came to the store on Friday for the new iPhone that was pre ordered, the lady named Allison completely screwed up my phone for 3 hours. My dad was in the store while I was at home and she disconnected MY phone number from my phone so I had no service, I had to drive myself to the store to meet them so she can turn the service back on my phone and it took an insane amount of time. I was thinking at-least I'm going to get my new phone now, I was thinking very wrong. Not only did she screw up the service on my phone for hours she also wasn't able to get me or my dad set up with the new phones, she actually told me to come back because she couldn't set it up at that time since she screwed up my service-and when I did my phone was gone!!! It really seems like they just be hiring anybody nowadays no experience or brain needed. I am so pissed, I truly hope the manager Tyler reflects and realizes that he needs either train his employees better or get a whole new line up. read more

I can not believe how bad this store is. The short story of this was we wanted to change our plan and lower our monthly cost . We were told we could get our plan down from 120 to 80 and we could also get a new phone upgrade at no additional charge. So we did it.. Then the details appeared when checking out.. 120$ set up fee, then 40$ additional first month free .. and then we find out our first bill is 150 and we have a 3 year commitment for the new phone.. None of this was disclosed when we purchased the phone. When we went to the store to correct. Their explanation on the additional charges was that was the promo we purchased. No pre disclosure .. thats criminal . When I engaged the manager of the store ( This is the second incident I have had with him) he told me that i need to calm down while he was shouting at me and then he told me to leave the store. My partner who has the account with verizon said well I still need these this resolved they said to her they wont help her because she was with me and basically threw her out as well. I've been in here a few times... they very patiently set up my iph 13 pro max as well as made sure my older mini iPad & iPad were synced properly. I would recommend as it's a quieter location than the big main locations in Meridian & Boise. Look in window... if not busy, pop in. DO NOT GO TO TO AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER, anything with "Victra" for Verizon is NOT Verizon, just a middle man. There is a HUGE difference in the quality of service you will receive and there is zero accountability from the bottom to the top. The Verizon store by Kohl's in Eagle told me that they get so many complaints from Victra Verizon stores. Their mess ups are infamous. Buyer be warned. read more

My daughter, son in law and I bought our phones about a year ago here. We bought them from Rhett (mr know it all). I went in there today to get my screen protector replaced because the one he put on originally was chipped. He said that we did not purchase our phones there. Well he is wrong. We did. We bought three phones and I know we did because I was there. He was our actual sales person. Since then sadly my son in law passed away and I don't know where he had the receipts. Anyway, Rhett treated me like a thief today. Like I bought the phones on the black market or stole them or something. He was rude and horrible. I will deal with it at another store but in the future I will never set foot in this store again. Disgusting customer service. read more

I called several days ago and was told I needed to make an appointment so I made one for 3:00 yesterday. I walked in at 2:55 and there were 2 associates present talking with other customers. After being ignored for 30 minutes I approached one of the associates and told him I had an appointment at 3 and asked how long it would be. He rudely told me that I didn't really have an appointment but rather a reservation and if other walk in customers were ahead of me then they had priority. I told him no I called and made an appointment as I was asked to do, so that I would be seen when I came in. He turned back to what he was doing and ignored me. I made a comment about him obviously not understanding the meaning of customer service and walked out. I will never return to that store and would recommend any other potential customer do the same. They deserve zero stars! read more

Then when someone was finally able to help he just sent me out the door because he said he couldn't change my number and the other guy was hard core flirting with a costumer when he should have been working. Switch from sprint and they were awesome. Trade in on my phone covered most of the cost to switch. I actually saved money every month. They made it super easy. My service is amazing! My sister and I walked into the Verizon Go Wireless store in Eagle with a LOT of questions about a family plan bill that was really confusing. Store Manager Tanner spent an hour with us letting us ask every question and patiently dissecting our bill. We are now comfortable in understanding our bill. Tanner is awesome! I was told that I 'won' a Humm GPS device that attaches to the car computer checking system.(the same day I bought my Note 9 Samsung smartphone) I saw on u-tube that it has caused computer problems on cars. I was told I would get a discount on my auto insurance. When I called my auto insurance they said they do not recognize the Humm device and do not give a discount. When I called Verizon they told me they could not remove the $10.00 a month fee, that I had to call the Office that installed it. It tracks where my smart phone is and not where my car is. It does not work when it is really cold. I am still waiting for a return call from the Verizon Store to remove the monthly charges. I removed it from my car when I read that it can damage my car. Verizon will not reimburse or repair any damage. read more

Don't go there. Multiple trips for one phone and 3 screen protectors. They don't deliver or follow through on "promises." Signed me up for device protection after I told them 3 times I didn't want it. Now I have to call Verizon to cancel it. iPhone SE: they ordered it and "promised" it would be there in 2 days. Took 4 days. Screen protectors: "promised" me they'd get them and have them for me the next day (third trip to their shop). Got there and they only had one because they sold the other one to someone else. Had to drive to another GoWireless to get one. Added two iPhones to existing lines: they didn't unlock the texting function so neither phone was able to text. Spent over an hour with Verizon trying to figure it out after 2 hours of failed home remedies. UPDATE: I just spoke with the manager, Tavita Jenkins. Very. Ice guy, he apologized and acknowledged the issues at the store and is working on them. Can't ask for more than that. I'll go back. Thanks. read more

I was so impressed by the sales associate Benny. He was informed and very helpful. While my new phone was updating, when a customer walked in, he would tell me how many minutes the update would take and then ask if he could help the new customer. He did this with 3 customers, who all had simple requests. This resulted in everyone being helped in a timely fashion. read more

The guys that work here are cool enough, if you want conversation it's the place to go but the store doesn't run as well as it should. Every time I go in there it takes hours to accomplish anything, getting new phones takes hours, seriously several trips and hours because purchase orders aren't ready or whatever back office stuff that needs to be handled appropriately is not. They will upselk you on things you don't need. The store is dirty, the floors and windows are not kept clean. I've had much better results w my purchase at the eagle and ustick actual Verizon store where they handle things very professionally and smoothly. read more

Just bought an iPhone from Chase Williams, an employee of this business. What a great experience for us. We have had a basic cell phone for years but have been wary of trying an iPhone. Chase was so patient, spent quality time with us, explaining the plan and how to use the phone. For a couple of hesitant seniors, it was so nice to know that no question was a silly question and also to know that if we need to ask more questions (and I already have:), he'll be there for us. My daughter was having problems with her phone but her contract wasn't up for another 9 or so months. She went in and Benny helped her. I was out of town, so she put me on the phone with him and he explained what our best options would be. He helped us make the best decision for her and he made sure we got the best deal possible, considering her contract wasn't up yet. My daughter called me afterwards and explained to me how quickly they got her phone information switched over and what an easy process it was. She also told me that she had a good time talking with him while she was waiting for her phone to switch over. Thankful that Benny got everything taken care of for her! read more
