We switched all of our phones from T-Mobile to Verizon in March and were told we'd receive an $800 credit per phone we returned, along with another promotional credit. We returned all phones within the first week, but as of July, we have not received any credits or reimbursement. Although we purchased the phones at a discounted rate, we were told that wouldn't affect the promotion. After calling Verizon multiple times, we were informed we should have received Visa gift cards and that the claim needed to be resubmitted. We did that, but we are still waiting months later with no resolution. The customer service at the store was great, but the follow-through on Verizon's end has been incredibly disappointing. Until this matter is fully resolved and the company addresses these fraudulent activities, I strongly caution others against using their services. The rep working with me was Steven and Jeremy.
