I was recommend to come to this location from another T Mobile store. I was on the hunt for a flip phone for my Grandma. Walking in I was instantly greeted by Haidar. I told him what I was looking for and he got right on it! After checking inventory, he found that they had one in stock. He also said the store that sent me to them also had one in stock. Made me feel like the other didn't really try since it was a cheap phone. Haidar did ask the neccessary work to get my grandma's flip phone activated. Sunday morning, I found that my Samsung phone only held a 17% charge over night and decided it was time to buy a new one. I am a very satisfied T Mobile customer so I had no desire to change service, just find a store that would help me through the transition to an upgraded phone. Well I found it at this location... I worked with Hunter, who attentively listened when I told him what I was looking for, along with the limited monthly payment I wanted to budget for any changes. He told me the differences in the Samsung 22 models offered and did not try to sell me a phone with features I had no need for...I am a senior and I always appreciate that style of salesmanship!
