We have not received any type of counseling or ongoing care services from the center so I cannot…read morespeak to that, but I highly highly recommend their testing if you can afford it. It was the most wonderfully extensive testing my child has ever received. I felt so heard and seen. They literally covered everything in terms of hours of survey and interview with parents as well as lots of time with him and they covered speech psychological., psychiatric, and intelligence testing that gave me such an accurate picture that fully matched everything that I saw in my child but that the short term school services & testing and other outside practitioners that spent only an hr or so with him would do. The interview with my son in person took nearly a day and they were wonderful. This is after a pretty extensive interview with myself as a parent and several hours that I spent on the surveys. Do it, absolutely do it, especially if your child seems to have diagnosis or issues issues that are being missed elsewhere because they're not looking beyond the surface. For instance, my son has an unusual form of autism which was being missed because he is a very social and talkative kid. He is now eligible for the type of school services and outside services he needs. Our insurance only paid after the testing they would not commit to paying prior to the testing so that's a little unfortunate in terms of their prices, but we didn't have an issue getting Regence Blue Cross to cover the testing in the end. I'm not sure if that's because he received a diagnosis or if that's just how Blue Cross proceeded but I thought I would share in case this info is helpful for someone.

Stacey Johns is the most irresponsible practitioner I've ever experienced. I had a severe reaction…read moreto 2 different drugs she prescribed me. I had specifically asked about possible (and rare) side effects, but she didn't mention any. I pressed her about the first reaction I had and said "why didn't you tell me that it was a possibility that I might develop acute psychosis?" She said "it's such a rare side effect, I don't even mention it to my patients". Unbelievable. Irresponsible. Now it's October, and I'm getting bills for appointments that she didn't even keep in March. Oh yeah, she regularly flakes on appointments. Try calling NNH and getting an actual human on the phone during business hours? Nope sorry, that's impossible. Billing. Medicine. Reception. All departments go straight to voicemail on a Monday at 1:15pm. This is a terrible excuse for a way to run a business. Run. Don't walk. Away. Don't look back.
