Sometimes a bit crowded but the personnel work really hard and fast to provide the best service. Only thing I have to complain about is the way AT&T works their data plans. They should have stay with unlimited plans for smart phone users. Especially for those, like me, who have had contracts that go back for years. I just left South Korea paying only $60 for unlimited everything. I come back to the States and it's like stepping back in time. Five stars for the location and people but three for service plans.

Meanwhile, my wife just did the same exact scenario at an AT&T store in GA with no problem. If they couldn't handle this - they should've told me in the beginning. They asked for my physical address 4 times before saying UPS would deliver on Friday, 7 d as us after the original modem quit. The following monday after spending about 20 minutes on the phone I thought we had this monster whipped. The 2nd modem was to be delivered on 2 Aug, 2018. The next day on Aug 2, i recieved an email saying it was to be delivered on the 1st. None of this was making sense so more phone calls. On Friday August 3rd I did receive the modem. Would I EVER refer centurylink to any of my friends? I'd rather stand in front of a firing squad!
