There was no response from WOW on phone calls, email or visits to their (suddenly abandoned) office in Dothan. We returned the equipment, and sent a letter cancelling service and requesting a refund of the May prepayment. Instead, WOW continued to bill my father-in-law for ongoing service. After months of trying and after 3+ hours waiting on the phone, we finally talked to a customer service rep in the summer. He said the issue was taken care of. Nevertheless, WOW has not refunded the prepayment and continued to bill. This is the worst customer service we have ever received.

Heaven forbid if ur out of town all week for work on the road and need to speak to someone about billing on the weekend. Today I set up automatic payments with the app on my phone to make sure they r paid in a timely manner each month. Even with that, Comcast dictates what day it charges to your credit card! More than 2 weeks earlier than the due date on the bill! Way to go Comcast! Whatever is convenient for U!

Now today we went back to this Corporate store on Ross Clark Circle again for an issue we were having with the charger and and explained what was happening. We were then very rudely asked " What do you want us to do about it?". Being overall very discussed while maintaining my cool said nothing and we left. We went back to the TCC on HWY 84 and again they were very welcoming and took the time to help us. We needed a new box and we bought it. Needless to say, take all your verizon business to the TCC and not here. Only giving 1 star because I have to. I would never recommend this store to anyone!

They keep running…read moreme around saying my area is available for interent. so when they arrived and they told me that it wasnt available so i asked them ok can i just use basic cable with DVR and they said yes so they gave me box for it and guess what DVR isnt working so i called them and they said sorry they gave us wrong box and will send it to me so i waited for week for it and guess what they never arrived so i called them.. they said ill send it .. i told them forget it i want to cancel it and use just streaming only with other company so they canceled it and told me that they will send a box to return it to them ... but they never sent me a box and guess what they charged me over 200 dollars for not returning a box to them! I told them i still hasnt recieved a shipping box over the phone ... they are soo unreal.. I wish i can go back to wow which it isnt available in our new area sooo sad
