I noticed my phone was at maybe 30% by the time I arrived onsite despite being plugged in to the USB in my car. Didn't think much of it. The port obviously is good the music is playing.... something's off with the charge. I cut the phone off and plug it into the wall for stronger amps. Then the thing doesn't cut on. Awesome. Googled up some systemic issues with my phone on my laptop. Battery issues are so common Apple has had to adjust pricing for battery replacement. I'm in Ozark, Alabama fat lotta good that does me here when the closest Apple store is 280 in Bham. I call Best Buy, I call I Fix Cell phones place in Walmart and finally I speak with Logan at Battery Source and he has my battery. The nicest person I've spoken to over the phone in some time. He didn't talk down to me although I'm borderline tech challenged. He was super friendly and accommodating. He game me directions to the store as my gps on my phone was no longer a viable option. For 60 bucked they replaced my battery, which included a $20 install fee. They finished in 15 mins. $60 bucks vs buying a new phone. Friendly prompt service. This was a very crappy personal crisis event, which is nerve racking while out of town. I was in danger of missing out on FaceTiming my kiddos last night. I was pissed and annoyed and this kids politeness and friendliness over the phone and in person really helped my mood. Customer service these days is rare. Logan is trying to bring it back. Very pleased.

It is writing that the appointment was for 3/21. I had it confirmed. I pay my bill. In fact I have over paid and have a credit of over 100 dollars. These people pass your call on quickly and pass the chats quickly. No desire to fix the issue. I guess they are paid by each call and timed They still have not corrected their error and instead keep saying well it was misspoken. I have it in writing three times. Horrible service. I do not recommend at all.

My iPhone was inadvertently disabled over the weekend. Since I ORIGINALLY purchased the iPhone at your Verizon, I went to your store's location to see if there was a way to resolve the situation without losing any data/information on it. Before arriving, I knew that the most likely solution would be to sync the phone to my computer and restore it back to factory defaults. Upon arrival around 4:00 p.m., there was only one other customer in the store being helped by another representative. Thus; I approached R... to my left. I briefly described my situation. She looked at me and said someone would be with me in 20 minutes or so. I was somewhat surprised by the wait time, as she had no one in front of her and she was simply reading on a tablet or phone. She then approached me about 20 minutes later, and I once again described the above scenario. She confirmed there was no way to work around the situation and I had to restore the phone back to factory defaults. She had no desire to help me and mentioned there would be a fee of $20 if she assisted me. I politely asked what the fee was for, as the main Verizon store has never charged me for help. She sarcastically replied "it's for my time." I said I understood, as I had had my computer and would like to try to fix the issue myself. She said nothing and went back to reading on her tablet or phone. (There were no other customers in the store behind me.) I politely asked if I needed wireless access during the process. She appallingly looked at me and stated "no". I got to a point where I did need access. I asked (in a respectful manner) if I could gain guest access to your wireless connection. In a very disdainful way-she walked to my computer, turned it around, put in the password, and frustratingly walked away. I finished the process totally humiliated. My family has purchased 5-6 iPhones from your location. I can honestly say we will NEVER be back again. In fact, I went to the main Verizon location that next day and purchased an iPhone XS Max for $1250, and spent more on accessories. My husband will be getting the same phone soon, but we agreed we will only use the main location due to the way I was treated by R. . Furthermore, I will go online and state the very poor experience I had your store, and the wonderful experience I had at the main location. As a Manager, you need to know R....is not representing your organization in a professional and dignified manner. --------- I never heard back from the Manager, so I'm posting this review in hopes no one goes through what I went through at this location.
