I have had to send the ring back 3 times. It's ridiculous. At this point we have a completely different ring that they 'built.' It's supposed to be rose gold. Today I went to pick it up and the band was rose gold, the setting was silver, and they had welded it together with yellow gold. YELLOW GOLD! It looked like a 4 year old's art project. I was horrified. I just broke down in tears in their store. The manager said, "Sorry. We'll try again and I'll put a rush on it." This is the third time it has had to be sent back and all I got was a sorry. I'm so disappointed.
