    Customer service here is terrible! Very rude and not willing to work with us. Went in to add a line…read moreto my account and purchase the new Iphone 16. They acted like it was an inconvenience for them to have to work. So, we left to purchase from the TCC private verizon in Dothan and they were more than willing to help and we successfully purchased the phone and accessories. Now today we went back to this Corporate store on Ross Clark Circle again for an issue we were having with the charger and and explained what was happening. We were then very rudely asked " What do you want us to do about it?". Being overall very discussed while maintaining my cool said nothing and we left. We went back to the TCC on HWY 84 and again they were very welcoming and took the time to help us. We needed a new box and we bought it. Needless to say, take all your verizon business to the TCC and not here. Only giving 1 star because I have to. I would never recommend this store to anyone!

I'm just through with Verizon especially this store got enrolled in the most expensive plan, not even telling me but enrolled in the most expensive plan that Verizon had there is no way that I will do business with this store again and unfortunately, I have to go back for service on my phone. Luckily, she did include the insurance in the most expensive plan. She enrolled me in, not a happy camper not a happy customer as far as customer service goes I would not even write this with one star

    I sent this letter via email and the USPS to the Manager and never received a response:…read more I would like to make you aware of how I was treated by R...(name withheld)...on Sunday, March 3rd. My iPhone was inadvertently disabled over the weekend. Since I ORIGINALLY purchased the iPhone at your Verizon, I went to your store's location to see if there was a way to resolve the situation without losing any data/information on it. Before arriving, I knew that the most likely solution would be to sync the phone to my computer and restore it back to factory defaults. Upon arrival around 4:00 p.m., there was only one other customer in the store being helped by another representative. Thus; I approached R... to my left. I briefly described my situation. She looked at me and said someone would be with me in 20 minutes or so. I was somewhat surprised by the wait time, as she had no one in front of her and she was simply reading on a tablet or phone. She then approached me about 20 minutes later, and I once again described the above scenario. She confirmed there was no way to work around the situation and I had to restore the phone back to factory defaults. She had no desire to help me and mentioned there would be a fee of $20 if she assisted me. I politely asked what the fee was for, as the main Verizon store has never charged me for help. She sarcastically replied "it's for my time." I said I understood, as I had had my computer and would like to try to fix the issue myself. She said nothing and went back to reading on her tablet or phone. (There were no other customers in the store behind me.) I politely asked if I needed wireless access during the process. She appallingly looked at me and stated "no". I got to a point where I did need access. I asked (in a respectful manner) if I could gain guest access to your wireless connection. In a very disdainful way-she walked to my computer, turned it around, put in the password, and frustratingly walked away. I finished the process totally humiliated. My family has purchased 5-6 iPhones from your location. I can honestly say we will NEVER be back again. In fact, I went to the main Verizon location that next day and purchased an iPhone XS Max for $1250, and spent more on accessories. My husband will be getting the same phone soon, but we agreed we will only use the main location due to the way I was treated by R. . Furthermore, I will go online and state the very poor experience I had your store, and the wonderful experience I had at the main location. As a Manager, you need to know R....is not representing your organization in a professional and dignified manner. --------- I never heard back from the Manager, so I'm posting this review in hopes no one goes through what I went through at this location. Please go to the Main location on RCC and ask for Heather or Kelly.
