Could not be more pleased with my visit here after being recommended by a friend. Had always visited the large retail store here in Dothan, but was tired of receiving such lousy customer service there that I refused to ever go back and was contemplating cancelling my entire account. After talking to one my friends about Verizon and whether or not to swap carriers, he advised me to drive up to Ozark and visit that Verizon store. I was hesitant, but he assured me they were the best. The Ozark store was much larger than I assumed it would be and had around 6 employees working during my visit. Everyone was very busy but I was helped right away by the store manager. I explained my situation to him and wanted him to give me some reasons/options why I should stay with Verizon. I assumed the conversation would be the same as they have been in the Dothan store with it being a quick showing of plans while trying to push me into some new smartphones. However, I was greatly surprised when he focused on having a conversation not about phones but on what mattered to me and what my family wanted. He was patient with me and took notes while we talked. Overall I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, patience, and expertise showcased during my visit that I did not hesitate to renew my services with Verizon. From now on, I will always make the commute from Dothan to Ozark for my Verizon needs. read more

I have debated for several days about leaving this review as I love this store and have been in several times with issues that are always fixed accordingly but I feel as though the company should know this. I went in a few days ago to get some help with my phone and was greeted by a lady named Catherine. This lady was a huge mess, she had a tablet in hand and a clip board with a ton of paperwork on it that was just a mess. The girl seemed to be high as a kite and didn't have a clue what she was talking about not to mention she looked like she hadn't showered in days. She was constantly asking the other reps in the store different questions that did not even pertain to my problem. I was pure embarrassed for the other employees of the store and the company as well. This lady is clearly strung out and I remember seeing her on the local sheriff's department website for being arrested for possession of a controlled substance, it is a wonder that this woman still works here. It has me hesitant on even going back into the store. Something really needs to be done about this situation before the company begins to lose business over her being there. read more

The girl that I dealt with was amazingly helpful. Sonya went above and beyond my expectations. I came in the store about a week ago . I was upset about my bill. She sat me down and explained it to me and she really treated me so nice. I really felt as though she enjoyed what she does and I am appreciative of her taking the time to sit down with me one on one. She did not make me feel stupid and even showed me a few tips on my phone while I was there. I feel as though I had a overall great experience and I believe I would recommend this place to my buddies without a doubt . They are always super kind. read more
