Lovely, well lit and merchandised store!…read more I was Greeted warmly by the store clerk at the front of the entrance. After looking around for a bit, i wasn't able to locate an arched farmhouse mirror and she was able to locate the mirror I needed right away. Very pleasant and helpful employees all around this Kirkland's! I will back next time I'm passing through this location. As a previous retail employee, and display manager, I can appreciate the skill it takes to make displays attractive, keep a store organized and provide quality customer service with a smile! This Kirkland's has it all!

I sent this letter via email and the USPS to the Manager and never received a response:…read more I would like to make you aware of how I was treated by R...(name withheld)...on Sunday, March 3rd. My iPhone was inadvertently disabled over the weekend. Since I ORIGINALLY purchased the iPhone at your Verizon, I went to your store's location to see if there was a way to resolve the situation without losing any data/information on it. Before arriving, I knew that the most likely solution would be to sync the phone to my computer and restore it back to factory defaults. Upon arrival around 4:00 p.m., there was only one other customer in the store being helped by another representative. Thus; I approached R... to my left. I briefly described my situation. She looked at me and said someone would be with me in 20 minutes or so. I was somewhat surprised by the wait time, as she had no one in front of her and she was simply reading on a tablet or phone. She then approached me about 20 minutes later, and I once again described the above scenario. She confirmed there was no way to work around the situation and I had to restore the phone back to factory defaults. She had no desire to help me and mentioned there would be a fee of $20 if she assisted me. I politely asked what the fee was for, as the main Verizon store has never charged me for help. She sarcastically replied "it's for my time." I said I understood, as I had had my computer and would like to try to fix the issue myself. She said nothing and went back to reading on her tablet or phone. (There were no other customers in the store behind me.) I politely asked if I needed wireless access during the process. She appallingly looked at me and stated "no". I got to a point where I did need access. I asked (in a respectful manner) if I could gain guest access to your wireless connection. In a very disdainful way-she walked to my computer, turned it around, put in the password, and frustratingly walked away. I finished the process totally humiliated. My family has purchased 5-6 iPhones from your location. I can honestly say we will NEVER be back again. In fact, I went to the main Verizon location that next day and purchased an iPhone XS Max for $1250, and spent more on accessories. My husband will be getting the same phone soon, but we agreed we will only use the main location due to the way I was treated by R. . Furthermore, I will go online and state the very poor experience I had your store, and the wonderful experience I had at the main location. As a Manager, you need to know R....is not representing your organization in a professional and dignified manner. --------- I never heard back from the Manager, so I'm posting this review in hopes no one goes through what I went through at this location. Please go to the Main location on RCC and ask for Heather or Kelly.

There was a young black lady behind the desk and I asked her if I could pick out the SIM card from a stack. She said "no." Then told me it was non-refundable. I fumbled with my phone and case for a long time and they never offered to help switch out the sim card. When I finally go it installed she acted like I was crazy that I wanted her to activate it for me! She then wanted my PIN. Every other Verzion store I have ever gone to lets you type in your PIN. Something very SHADY going on here. I would not trust this place at all.....bad vibe...bad service....just bad all the way around. This lady treated me alike garbage and I wont be going back there ever again.

My 4 stars is not because there was anything wrong with the quality of my eye glasses. It is for anyone with allergies. Also, someone in the office smokes or someone before the place was a doctor's office, but the smell is still strong. Having a son with significant allergies, I am very aware, but anyone would have noticed this. The smell was strong. If you or your loved one has allergies, you need to find another eye doctor. If you can stand that, I bought the cutest glasses there and I can see so much better.
