I also noticed my speaker mesh was missing. I also got a screen protector for extra protection. A couple days later, I dropped my phone from about two feet high. My phone BREAKS IN HALF. I took it back. Scotty was rude and tells me it's my fault and "maybe if I didn't drop my phone so much this wouldn't happen." Unfortunately I dropped my phone tonight too, but it was not a bad fall this time either. The screen protector was fine, but the cheap glass under was not. My phone screen is shattered again. I started inspecting and found that around the edges, the white is made up of a cheap, thin plastic and some paint. PLEASE do not come here. Save your money.

He said the warranty is void and to take my crappy phone elsewhere. If I remember correctly his name is Scotty. I would highly recommend not to take it here. I went online and ordered the part myself and fixed it at my house correctly the first time.

Because the mount - again already installed- was in brick, they charged us ANOTHER ADDITIONAL $100!!! They didn't install that or have to do anything at all special and still they charged us. I AM NOT HAPPY and would not recommend this service to anyone. It feels like we were totally taken advantage of. UPDATE: I reached out to the customer service and they said even though the mount was already installed, they HAD to charge us the extra $100 because it was in brick. Not because they were assuming any liability etc, but just because the mount was in brick and not drywall. How insane is that. It's a scam is all it is. Their wording and explanation of the additional charge online is just vague enough that they can get away with accessing this fee. Just a sorry the wording isn't clear but we are charging you anyway. The tech was here for 20 minutes. Will not be using them again.
