I also noticed my speaker mesh was missing. I also got a screen protector for extra protection. A couple days later, I dropped my phone from about two feet high. My phone BREAKS IN HALF. I took it back. Scotty was rude and tells me it's my fault and "maybe if I didn't drop my phone so much this wouldn't happen." He said the warranty is void and to take my crappy phone elsewhere. If I remember correctly his name is Scotty. I would highly recommend not to take it here. I went online and ordered the part myself and fixed it at my house correctly the first time.
