I also noticed my speaker mesh was missing. I also got a screen protector for extra protection. A couple days later, I dropped my phone from about two feet high. My phone BREAKS IN HALF. I took it back. Scotty was rude and tells me it's my fault and "maybe if I didn't drop my phone so much this wouldn't happen." Unfortunately I dropped my phone tonight too, but it was not a bad fall this time either. The screen protector was fine, but the cheap glass under was not. My phone screen is shattered again. I started inspecting and found that around the edges, the white is made up of a cheap, thin plastic and some paint. PLEASE do not come here. Save your money.

They button would not work correctly like it was supposed to he repaired it twice and on the 3 rd one he blamed my wife for dropping the phone FYI it's in a otter box. He said the warranty is void and to take my crappy phone elsewhere. If I remember correctly his name is Scotty. I would highly recommend not to take it here. I went online and ordered the part myself and fixed it at my house correctly the first time.

Just another corporation trying to squeeze every penny out of throttled back internet service. Thought it was the way to go, and it could be but... When I got their gateway, it was quick right out of the box. Was getting download speeds of 200-300mps and upload speeds of 25-45mps. I had a 30 day money back trial to test the performance. Sadly, as time went on they continued to lease the 5g gateway in this area testing coverage as they went. As the number of gateways increased the bandwidth decreased as it should. Now I've started buffering and my speeds drop to 20-25mps download and 0.5 to 5mps in peak times with frequent fluctuation. Talked to the guys at the T-Mobile store on Amity Rd. they said bring the gateway in and they will run diagnostics on it. When I did the guy pressed the reset button and said that's all they can do. Called tech support and they sent me a refurbished gateway that operates the same. So now I get minimal speeds and that's how it is. Initially I was told T-Mobile was very progressive and my speeds would never go down, they said I could expect higher speeds in the future. In recent calls to customer service the agents informed me the speeds should be 25mps download and 5mps upload. I expect data limits with throttling and usage tiers soon.
