When I got the phone back(speedy service) it was very difficult to text on. It got really hot when I talked on it also. Went dead within an hr of being fully charged and also got hit. They said they would replace the battery for free. I did this and it would charge but still hot every call. I took it to another place and got new screen put on even though it didn't need it and the phone is perfect yet again. Always remember it costs more in the end to go cheap and then take it for same repair elsewhere than it does to go with high end service from the start. Do not use this company for screen repair.

I also noticed my speaker mesh was missing. I also got a screen protector for extra protection. A couple days later, I dropped my phone from about two feet high. My phone BREAKS IN HALF. I took it back. Scotty was rude and tells me it's my fault and "maybe if I didn't drop my phone so much this wouldn't happen." Unfortunately I dropped my phone tonight too, but it was not a bad fall this time either. The screen protector was fine, but the cheap glass under was not. My phone screen is shattered again. I started inspecting and found that around the edges, the white is made up of a cheap, thin plastic and some paint. PLEASE do not come here. Save your money.

When I finally found someone, they were not wearing a badge or anything resembling a uniform, so it was awkward to ask if they were an employee; I mean, I was obviously wandering around trying to find something. Isn't it usual to ask a customer if you can help them? They looked up the item and told me it was delivery only. Well, I looked it up, too, before driving the distance out there and the official site said it was in stock. Also, Yelp's hours are not accurate. They open at 9 now and probably don't stay open as late (I didn't check), but I don't think it will matter for much longer.
