When I got the phone back(speedy service) it was very difficult to text on. It got really hot when I talked on it also. I was worried it would blow up so I went back and said it didn't have a problem when I brought it in the store just needed screen replaced. Now it has 2 extra problems. Went dead within an hr of being fully charged and also got hit. They said they would replace the battery for free. I did this and it would charge but still hot every call. I took it to another place and got new screen put on even though it didn't need it and the phone is perfect yet again. Always remember it costs more in the end to go cheap and then take it for same repair elsewhere than it does to go with high end service from the start. Do not use this company for screen repair.

I took it back. Scotty was rude and tells me it's my fault and "maybe if I didn't drop my phone so much this wouldn't happen." Unfortunately I dropped my phone tonight too, but it was not a bad fall this time either. The screen protector was fine, but the cheap glass under was not. My phone screen is shattered again. I started inspecting and found that around the edges, the white is made up of a cheap, thin plastic and some paint. PLEASE do not come here. Save your money.

Well, I looked it up, too, before driving the distance out there and the official site said it was in stock. Also, Yelp's hours are not accurate. The people were friendly, and they let me know in advance that it may take a while for them to get to my computer because they were backed up with other customers. They also made sure to let me know that I may be charged if they had to do anything to the computer. They never gave me a concrete amount that they would charge, but I was fine with all of these things as long as they could help me with my computer. A week and a half later, they called me, essentially saying that they couldn't find anything wrong with my computer after testing it for a while. I was relieved to hear that maybe my computer was magically working up to par again, and gladly paid the $40 charge, thinking that there shouldn't be any problems. Unfortunately, my computer hadn't changed a single bit and I experienced all of the issues that brought me to Connecting Point in the first place, and now I was out $40. Without anywhere else to turn, I decided to take matters into my own hands and look inside my computer. After about 15 minutes of looking at wire connections, I noticed that one of the connecting cables to the motherboard was not properly connected. I snapped it in, and my computer hasn't had an issue since then. They had my computer for a week and a half, and couldn't find a simple connection issue, and then charged me $40 for running a few tests. I feel scammed.
