Please don't let this influence the next customer to the Jacksonville, AR location. We bought new phones because he said it would make sure of better service. He told us, he was sending a booster free of charge to the house, to make sure we would have no problems. As we were trusting him to take care of us, he said you also get a free tablet today, but of course you have to pay the taxes on it, like you did with the 2 phones. I didn't find out we have to pay for service for the tablet until I got the first bill. Please I urge you to ask many questions before taking this young man at "just" the information he is providing. I was promised, twice by him yesterday that he would give me a call back. I did not hear from him so I called the "corporate office" and boy was that a joke. Everything has to be handled out of the store. What corporation allows the individual locations to have all the control? The next day: Since talking with the manager Doug, says he is willing to do what ever it takes to make me happy. I am going to see how this goes. The service is still a problem in my area. I believe the Corporation should up date their coverage map, because it shows my area fair but if it weren't for WiFi through my cable company, most of the time, I would have no service. Cricket was better.

At best, an employee was able to confidently tell me they didnt have my item in stock. At worst,…read morethe employees regularly don't know if an item exists, let alone if or where it is in the store. I was told that I would have to make a common appliance, a specific type of ac to dc convertor, out of parts that they also didn't have in the store. It was weird as I rarely enter stores, with the intent to make purchases, and then proceed to be thwarted effortlessly by the store itself. So I went to O'Reilly's\Autozone, where common business practices have at least been suggested to the employees. Got item for less than 10 bucks with fancier options avaliablefor 30+. This Ace should stop DEI hiring the elderly conservatives from next door. It's costing them sales. Autozone gets 4\5 stars for obvious reasons. O'Reilly's 4.5\5 stars for association and the catchy jingle.
