The customer service representatives will ask questions about the job to ensure you're buying the right tools for the job, and then you follow them through the store as they pick up the items, checking to make sure you're getting the right thing. I've never had to return anything. They also have a full range of services: knife sharpening, key copies, propane exchange, carpet cleaner rental, and ice. I do wish they could extend their Saturday hours and allow their employees Sunday and Monday off...that would mean a lot to those of us who work 8-5 M-F. Also, I know the first reviewer. Installers were experienced, professional, and had to deal with hard wired old appliances. They hauled away old appliances and cleaned up the packing materials from new appliances. We shopped around and did our homework. Zellner's beat the big chain stores with service, stock availability, pricing, and associated expenses (delivery, installation, hauling away old appliances, new hoses/hardware). We love supporting small local businesses and this was a no brainer! Home Depot had no stock on hand and predicted a two week backorder, they wouldn't have uninstalled hard wired appliances, AND they actually cost more and charge more for delivery, installation and hauling away old appliances.
