I've never had trouble finding a CS rep in here to direct me to an item or tell if they don't carry an item. Living a hour and half away. Didn't want to have come back. He argued with me for 10 minutes and kept exalting the situation. Till I just took my cart of stuff left it and walked out.

Unlike Lowe's or Home Depot, this is a full-service hardware: customers walk up to the counter to ask for the items they need. The customer service representatives will ask questions about the job to ensure you're buying the right tools for the job, and then you follow them through the store as they pick up the items, checking to make sure you're getting the right thing. I've never had to return anything. They also have a full range of services: knife sharpening, key copies, propane exchange, carpet cleaner rental, and ice. I do wish they could extend their Saturday hours and allow their employees Sunday and Monday off...that would mean a lot to those of us who work 8-5 M-F. Also, I know the first reviewer. He has some issues.

I'm so grateful for the 15 minutes he spent guiding me through. Then, in the paint department, another gentleman was just as fantastic--he quickly got me the paint samples I needed in no time.
