Zach's response is PARTIALLY true... his original Quote was…read moremuch higher than anyone else so I chose to go with a different "company". They did poor quality work and refused to fix anything after receiving my money (the other company). So I reached out to Window depot in hopes that they could fix the gutter. That part of what Zach said, is true. The part that he conveniently omitted form his half true Yelp reply was: He did agree to fix the gutter and told me it would be $200. He also told me that I didn't have $200 worth of work but that he doesn't stock 5" gutter hangers so he had to buy a pack of 100 hangers to complete the repair and then pay his guys to bring the scaffolding to the site, set it up, etc. so he was charging me $200. I agreed to have them complete the repair for $200 because as anyone in rural 72088 knows... there are hardly any contractors and most (not all) of the ones that are there don't have the work ethic to complete a job properly in exchange for their payment. Zach then went radio silent and stopped responding which is when his office told me he became very ill after our arrangement to get the job done. (I even put the leaf guards out for him and texted him the picture). The lady at the office then tried to change the price to $300 even though Zach "the owner" via Yelp told me $200. Either way, $200 or $300, they never followed through or even called me back to discuss what was going on. This was back in June. It's now almost October and my house is less than 2 miles from the Window Depot store. Thanks Zach for telling the partial truth but I see a pattern forming here of 1/2 truths and not being trustworthy. Best of luck.

I was referred to Arkansas Leak Detection by my local plumbing company. They came out and spent…read moreseveral hours attempting to locate a water leak. After their inspection, they marked a spot under my concrete slab and stated that the leak was located there. Based on their findings, my plumbing company spent an entire day cutting through and removing a section of the slab, which cost me thousands of dollars. After the slab was opened, it became clear that there was no leak in the location Arkansas Leak Detection had identified. The actual leak was more than 20 feet away from the spot they marked. I contacted Arkansas Leak Detection to discuss the issue and seek a resolution. I was told that the owner would call me back, but I never received a return call. Over the following weeks, I made several additional attempts to contact the company regarding a refund or at least a discussion about what happened. Unfortunately, neither the owner nor anyone else from the company ever followed up with me. My experience was extremely disappointing. The inaccurate leak location resulted in significant unnecessary expense, and the complete lack of communication afterward demonstrated very poor customer service.

We have a large lot with about a 5-6 hundred foot water line. They zeroed in on the leak very quickly. They then dug it up (a small opening) and repaired the line. They stayed for more than 30 minutes to be sure the repair would hold. I was amazed at the minimal price for this repair considering they had to travel about 300 miles round trip. Believe me, they KNOW what they are doing. The techs were great-- professional, friendly, and good communicators.

Martha also helped with the countertops. She has a great eye for design, she suggested several items that we never would have thought of. Of course all the designers are all sales people with profit in mind. We didn't have a large budget and Martha did all she could to help us get a great kitchen at a reasonable price. Martha's company contracted with Danny at Homerun remodeling out of north Little Rock Ar. To install the cabinets, I will post a review of his work under a separate review. We are still not complete with the aligning and adjusting of doors and drawers, today will be their third try. We are very pleased with Martha's talents as a designer, she is an awesome salesperson and did a great job as general contractor to get the cabinet installed. Always pleasant and professional. We had moments that were less than satisfactory with the install and Martha took my calls and dealt with my frustrations and anger very well. I will write her a letter to apologize. Needless to say we are pleased with the kitchen design, quality of cabinets and overall dealings with Martha, we highly recommend Martha Dust and Kitchen and bath ideas to help you design and build your new or remodeled kitchen. Just as a suggestion, I would ask for a different installer than Danny at Homerun remodeling . That part of the experience was less than desired. We struggled with the installer but that in no way should are away from the great job Martha did for us. We used ADD electric for the electrical work, wonderful crew, thank you Martha.
