I'll cut them slack on that because it may not have been their fault. However, when I ordered the floors I told them it would be a few months before I could actually get it done because I needed to save some more money first. Well, they started sending me bills the next week, and said they couldn't change it, so I was making payments months before getting the flooring. They didn't finish the end caps on my kitchen and now I have an ugly edge where the tile is raised at the doorways to the kitchen. They tiled in front of my dishwasher, not under it, so now that it is broken, I cannot get it out and replace it and have been washing dishes by hand for 9 months. And the WORST thing is that they did something to cause my upstairs toilet to leak, which damaged my living room ceiling and an antique table. After having three plumbers work on it, one says it is not a sealing problem and that he thinks they drove a screw through the pipe, and now either my floor upstairs or my ceiling downstairs will have to be cut out. I have called them about this and only got promises that they would get back to me. I finally gave up. It's going to cost me $1500 to get a working upstairs toilet. For two years I have had to go downstairs to use the toilet, which is not fun in the middle of the night.

Wow, what a great experience with Lamar. I needed some very old carpet cleaned at my home. There…read morewere some very large and obvious stains that I didn't expect to come out. After getting the runaround with some other local companies, I found Lamar online. I called and they answered on the first ring and then showed up ON TIME that same day to give me a quote which was very fair. The communication is top notch - their automated system sends a text message when they are on their way - and every phone call you speak directly to the owner who will be doing your cleaning. I was very impressed with the care they took in cleaning our carpet. The furniture was moved and put on small styrofoam blocks and the 30+ year old carpet looked great once they were finished. I saw that they also offered dryer vent cleaning using a suction system and reluctantly had them do this for us, though I wasn't convinced it was necessary. They sent a video of the process and the incredible amount of lint that was pulled out of the vent - no wonder there are so many vent fires! I am so glad I added the dryer vent cleanout to the service. All in all a fantastic experience working with Lamar and I would recommend them to anyone.
