LOVE this place. It's very clean, organized and maneuverable. The staff members in the home goods area are also super accommodating and friendly. It's not really a thrift store, more like an antique boutique. The goods are much pricier than a thrift but everything is great quality, not just picked over stuff. Literally everything is a treasure. I didn't spend much time looking at the clothes but they did have a lot to offer there too. I'll browse a bit more in that section when I go back. read more

I personally think this store was very overpriced, however they did have some nice deals going on. The selection of clothing was very preppy and like new, but I feel as if it's almost the same price if you were to buy something new. Their service was mediocre, or at least when I was there I saw no worker putting things away all they did was greet you when you came in. I love the great selection and the colors are separated so it really helps you find the color of blouse you need for that special occasion. Yours Truly is a huge consignment shop and I was really excited to stop in. I started my search in the back of the building in the sale room, which has tons of racks of clothing for great prices. Much of the sale racks were picked over, which makes sense given how the items are cycled through the store, but it's a great deal if you find what you need. The rest of the store is your traditional consignment set up. I thought the prices were a little on the high side. I'm a little reluctant to pay $30 for a secondhand Banana Republic dress when I can get one new for a similar price. I found a majority of the brands available were more appropriate for young women (lots of TJ Maxx juniors brands), but there was a limited selection of designer items. I found a few things from J. Crew, J. Jill, and Banana Republic, but the pricing wasn't right for me. The employees are all very friendly, the store is clean and organized, it smells great, and the bathrooms are clean. It just wasn't the right fit for me, as I was looking more for business appropriate clothing, rather than casual clothing. read more

I have been to many consignment stores across the country- and this is hands down my favorite one! They are well organized and they really inspect their merchandise making sure they are free from stains and smells. Their clothes, shoes, and accessories are top notch. I also love that they offer coupons and have an 85% off room. I try to stop in every few weeks and always find something! read more

A consignment shop with a fantastic variety of items even a designer section. Items are reasonably priced with a half price sale on the 4 th week monthly starting on Thursday. So if u can't afford something u have your eye on try coming at 9:00 am the 1st day & u might be lucky. Thankful they have allowed me to keep bringing my mother's things after her passing so someone else can enjoy them too. Mom took good care of her things so most look new to almost new. If something isn't sold they donate which is also great too! read more

This place is amazing! You could spend an entire day in just the clearance room!! Excellent staff, clean store (SO important!!!!), current styles, GREAT Labels, super well organized, well-staffed (as in enough staff to help customers as well as keep the place picked up and organized)' plenty of dressing rooms, trustworthy ( you're not going to find pitt stains- or worse!- on the clothes. If there is a stain, blemish or buttons missing, it's written on the tags and it's on ridiculous clearance)... And no, I'm not the owners mother! LoL! read more

On my way to Fort Smith I passed a sign on the freeway with an advertisement for this shop. Had to check it out and see if it was the best shop as the sign said and I can honestly say that it is. The staff is excellent and extremely helpful. I was very happy that they had a men's department. They are very organized and things were easy to find. The women's department is huge and has lots of very nice stuff. Highly recommended to anyone in the area. read more

Offered more help than I could have ever imagined!! Got her a chair for the dressing room & then carried it to the register so she could sit there as well!! The GM even helped us to our car!!! I enjoy that this consignment store has a really great selection for plus size women. I can find anything from casual to cute and sassy. I can shop for the whole family including accessories. Intake staff is all under 25 years of age. Won't take anything that us older ladies wear; "no elastic waist pants", said with a sniff. I won't shop here since they won't take any of my stuff. Oh my gosh, so I went to Yours Truly for the first time a few weeks ago and picked out a few things i liked in the first and second rooms and then proceeded to locate the cashiers station. Being there for the first time, I actually had sort of a hard time finding it, but that's probably because there were like FOUR OR FIVE ENTIRE ROOMS full of clothes! I looked to my boyfriend, "okay its time to go. I have enough" Then proceeded through a doorway and there were just rooms after rooms of goodies to look through! Found 2 of the same items, same brand, same size. One was priced for $12 and the other was priced for $24. Cashier asked a more experienced person for the price difference and the "experienced" one was snotty about how they can't change prices (although they have clearance items) Refused to mark the items to the same price or ask the owner who was working the floor. read more

I love the Yours Truly Consignment Store in Conway AR. I visit there several times a month. I can always find something that I like that fits well. They are careful with their clothing such as no stains, tears, etc. I especially like the jewelry, handbags and shoe collections. The staff/customer service here at Your's Truly is terrible. I decided to buy a $25 pair of shoes (pricey to me considering they were used, but I bought them anyways). After I checked out, the woman at the cash register told someone else, whom I was shopping with, about a coupon they had! I asked the lady if I could have the 25% off applied to the purchase I just made, considering I had not even left the store or really even walked away. She said no. I asked if I could return the shoes and have the discount applied that way. She said they do not accept returns. She started making excuses saying the coupon is for next month, although she told the person I was shopping with it was for this month (I left before the person I was shopping with checked out and in the car she told me she DID get the discount... unbelievable) Frustrated, I asked a lady if I could speak with the manager and she informed me the lady that checked me out was the the manager. In business, it is customary to ask a shopper if they have any coupons they would like to apply and inform them of coupons they may not know of (like she did... just not to me). I do not recommend Your's Truly, nor will I return. read more

If I could, give a 0 I would. Came in with an already FULL backpack on and was asked to leave it an open area where anyone can get to it. Was told it is "store policy" but I couldn't help but notice the people in there with purses and handbags. I guess that is part of the "policy" as well. In my opinion this is almost the worst consignment boutique I've been in! I visited this shop while on Christmas break visiting family. I noticed the sales floor is entirely WAY TOO BIG! It's rather over whelming. All the girls were fairly nice, how ever some were a little unprofessionally dressed. As I was shopping I noticed the name brand items were in very rough conditions ( faded,Worn,& gross) & most of the more expensive items weren't priced correctly at all in my opinion, beauty of being able to shop any where I want, I won't be back.... with that being said, I do have family that live in Conway that I was visiting so this isn't the first time I've been in the horrid boutique, I just hoped it would get better but hadn't! Even my own aunt's friend worked there for a little bit & I would remember some of the things she said and would show us that would occur. There are never enough girls working because the owner doesn't want to hire any more help! Maybe if you would back ground check & drug test your employees she wouldn't have to worry about being short handed! For some one that has done business for almost 20 years now you would think u would know not to talk Ill of customers or employees behind their backs! HIRE FRIENDLY GIRLS! Intake girls & im guessing she's a manager at the registers, she has long brown hair & glasses, but she was extremely rude! I believe the owner is a money hungry individual that doesn't believe in working for their spot! SHES HIRED FAMILY OF HER OWN! We were also told by my cousins friend that she had let one of the family members come in late several times with in the span of a month & fired a new girl that missed only twice within that time! She has also been over heard scolding employees on the floor! Now that's not something or some one I want to give my business to! They have lost some consigners due to occurrences such as losing my cousins pandora charm she consigned almost a year ago now! I feel as if the owner is an untruthful woman. I give this store a max of 3 years before it is out of business! Shop at platos closet! It's a cleaner place! It is a much friendlier, & more organized place as well! #thetruthhurts read more
