I just happened to be driving through town and found this place & I'm so glad I did. I'm an avid…read morerunner and I travel frequently. I like to go to specialty running stores because they usually have very experienced staff that give great running tips and offer products specific to my own personal running needs. This place was no exception there--Experienced, professional staff that assisted me with what I needed and didn't try to pressure me into buying some over-priced junk that I'll never use. However, what really set this place apart was the selection. I have literally gone to countless stores in search of 2 specific things..to no avail.. until I came here!! I was looking to replace my Brooks Pure Cadence running shoes and buy some new Brooks running socks. I could have ordered online, but I wasn't sure if I may need to go up another shoe size & you can't always be sure on the material of the socks.. so I wanted to actually feel them before I bought them! Yes, I'm that particular .. lol Not only did they have both.. but in stock ..and in my size ..which is quite amazing since I wear shoe in a half size.. And.. just when I thought it couldn't get any better.... I was told my shoes were 40% off the normal price!! I know where I'm sending my husband for my Christmas gift this year! Moral of the story.. if you're a runner and you're ready for some new gear.. this is the place to go!! Highly recommend

They recently expanded their footprint and offer more than just running clothes, including tri and some biking clothes. The owners and staff are so helpful! They've fit me for probably 8 to 10 pairs of shoes, and put my husband in the shoes he ran his first half-marathon in (they took a lot of time with him and watched him run in 5 to 7 pairs of shoes until they all settled on what was best for him). They have a great variety of options in shoes, and their clothes are so cute! I want every outfit they have! Today when I stopped in, three of the store employees were helping me find what I needed; they are very attentive, but don't pressure you. They also have sale merchandise all the time. I'm so glad this store is in Conway. I don't want to go anywhere else for my running supplies!

My daughter and I bought her Sweetheart Ball gown here. It's a beautiful dress, but we were misled…read moreby the owner/manager during the process. First, she told us that the dress was "one of a kind; we've never sold it before, and no one else will have one like it, and it just arrived yesterday." She even got it out of the back to support this statement. However, after we'd made the (non-refundable) purchase, my daughter's friend sent her a picture of herself in the exact same dress, three weeks beforehand. Hmmm. Since Heat Ball gowns are required to be unique, part of our decision was based on her statement, which turned out to not be true at all. In addition, we were told that all dresses that had been on the rack for more than 2 weeks were 30% off. Obviously, since this one had "just arrived," it would not be part of the sale. But after learning that her friend had actually tried on this very dress three weeks earlier, we realized we should've received that quite substantial discount, but did not. As we were trying to decide whether or not to purchase the dress, I told the owner/manager that we'd like to step out for a minute and get a snack and discuss. She said, oh no; we're closing in 2 minutes. We foolishly let this rush us into an immediate purchase, then later checked the store hours and learned that they were scheduled to be open for another hour. And finally, when we were deciding whether to purchase this dress over another much less expensive alternative, the owner told us that this one would end up being far less expensive once alterations were made. This couldn't have been further from the truth, and my alterations professional couldn't stress enough how complicated an alteration this dress proved to be due to its fabric, pattern, and overall style. She gave us a discount, saying she felt bad for us being misled by The Royal We and having already paid so much for the gown.
