My daughter (4) was looking at toys and this worker came up and took them straight out of her hands and shoved them back on the shelf. I was so upset. We left immediately. They split the store in half so it's part TJ Maxx and part HomeGoods with the proper signage to prove it! In all my TJX store shopping far and wide, I've never seen a store like this! -- kinda' hard to believe I found it in Conway, Arkansas, but ok! I can shop here for hours and hours, and I usually strike gold! I visited this location in dire need of things from the HomeGoods side and ended up breaking my budget and finding everything I needed and more. When I went in and confronted her with what I'd watched she tried to deny it!!! LOL! There were high dollar jeans and leggings in the bottom including Lululemon, Athleta, Nike and others but they never made it to the bottom of the bag!!! What a JOKE of a business!!! And if you go shop in there most of the items hanging on racks look like Goodwill recycles!!!! Wow!!! Don't waste your time!!!!

As soon as we walked in, a female clerk was standing by the cashier's area and didn't even say hello - which is strange. We are in Arkansas and everybody says hello. The product selection is great and I looked at American made boots and clogs but we had a couple of questions on the products. My wife asked the female clerk and her reply was close to being rude - short and very abrupt. She basically lost our business. I was looking at purchasing new boots, clogs, and a rocking bench. All that business went up in smoke. I suggest that you take your business elsewhere.
