However, I have not yet received my order nor any indication from shipper as to when to expect product or how to track it, or even verification that my order was received by them from Splashwear (SW) and is in progress. I called SW to check on this, as the initial confirmation of my order did not include a timeframe. They seem to not realize that a customer might expect this kind of information, even if the product is being shipped from someone other than themselves. SW acknowledged being a bit overwhelmed, even while priding themselves on being a very small company (and offered to research my order and get back to me) - good for them, and I wish them success, but am baffled as to why there is no standard provision in their procedures for this basic information, nor apparently an understanding why, lacking this information, a customer might feel as though their order has fallen into a black hole. Covid short-staffing possibilities at manufacturer/shipper may be a real factor - but the apparently-standard lack of information seems like it would be fixable, once SW realizes that basic customer expectation.

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by a staff member by the name of Scott he was nothing but professional and courteous I am a amputee and I wear a prosthetic leg and needed extra help and suggestions on my purchase to fit my special needs. he took time with me and helped me from start to finish. even the manager was polite and helpful. do to the exceptional way I was treated I returned yesterday to make another purchase and was treated with the same respect and professionalism. I assumed he had gone to get some arrows and was trying to answer someone else's question. Nope. He had completely blown me off and was refletching a guy's arrows. I only gave it two (rather than one) stars because as I wandered back up to the desk to realize that he had in fact discarded me completely and was furthermore ignoring me, a seemingly friendly rep came stood at the counter and asked if I had been helped or needed anything.
