My daughter-in-law and I found this little gem with the help of yelp and I HAD to come on here and write about it. Both of us normally dread the formal dress shopping experience. This is, by far, the best formal dress shopping experience I've ever had. Ms Nanci was so helpful. In helping us, she was not pushy, she had great suggestions and lots of experience with what works. She was very patient and didn't get upset that I wanted to try many different styles to both see about something new and to rule out what might not work. She brought dresses to the dressing room and helped with zippers etc which sped up the process a lot. We were in and out in an hour and that has never happened before. We both bought affordable dresses that we love. If I ever need another formal dress again, this will be my first stop. There are a few more interesting tidbits about this store; they work directly with a seamstress who will do alterations for you and, if you want a different color dress (on most styles) you can order them, but there's is about an 8 week turnaround to get them. He diverts me to his other employees or gives me numbers and websites to contact instead of answering my questions directly. I've had two unpleasant experiences with him now so I'm not just basing this review off of one 20min interaction with him. Plus I notice how he talks to his coworkers and although it isn't disrespectful, it's also not the friendliest by any small measurement. I asked him what options are available for people wanting to travel overseas and he told me to call "611" and ask them. I went to another AT&T store in Lakewood Village and not only did the super nice guy Pat answer my question thoroughly but we even had a long convo on the best things to do on vacations. I waited for maybe 5-10 minutes, and once I was in the store she had me set up with a new phone (had all things transferred over) and out of there in less than 20 minutes. She was very helpful, precise, and fantastic at her job.
