I was told I would receive it in mid October and I wasn't thrilled about having to wait that long. Now I call to find out when in October I will receive my table and I'm told it will be in November. The sales person even stressed that she told me it was November and that is what she wrote on the invoice. So why would I be expecting it in October? You better read the fine print when you make a purchase and you better not be in a hurry to get your items. Very disappointed.

I asked to speak to his supervisor, Jesus told me he was the assistant manager and there was no other staff to take my complaint at this Conway store. THen he added "I will be happy to offer you a refund". Customer service after the sale is non-existent at Furniture Row, Conway AR No communication for 22 days! Not acceptable.
