For those who don't know, we had a saga with Sam's Club in Conway…read morelast year--our account was accidentally deleted, and while trying to recover it, one of the managers was extremely rude to my wife. My account was never recovered, so we stopped going and switched to Costco and the Sam's Club in Little Rock. After almost a year, we finally returned to the Conway location. While scanning our items, the store's main manager, Kevin, recognized us. He mentioned he hadn't seen us in a while and asked what had happened. He even remembered our account issue! After explaining everything, he sincerely apologized, said he'd look into it, and comped our membership for a year! That's leadership and customer service! Now I can come back every weekend.

The ac is always runnin at a comfortable flow for shopping. The shelves are often a little in disarray, but clearly just from customers perusing. Overall, it's easy to navigate and find items- of which they have plenty! In fact, this is the first Dollar Tree I've been to that sells shoes! That's amazing, lol. The sales attendant at the register is always friendly and careful when packing any fragile goods. I highly recommend.

Update to my last review. My wife stopped by to get food…read moresupplies and she asked the owner for the prices of several of the items. The owner was rude to her and was not at all helpful. She left in a huff and is still incredulous that someone with such bad customer service skills can run a business. I, myself, have witnessed the owner's rude behavior. Be aware of this.
