Kohl's department store is a very interesting place. It seems like the salesman or the sales person…read moreis literally hiding from you but they set themselves up strategically and when you do come up on one you won't be sorry you did. They're very knowledgeable when you're looking for a specific thing, they will point you in the right direction And if you need help in anyway. they're there to do their job and that's to inform you and to make sure you know your purchase is complete when you go to the register you'll be satisfied because they will help you make your choice if that's what you want or they'll just point you in the right direction of where the item is you want and let you make the decision. Usually if you're there to buy an appliance or you're there to buy anything in the area where the kitchen items are it's pretty self-explanatory when you look at things, but if something needs more explaining they're there for you so when you go to Kohl's, look around for that sales person they're not gonna be just stand around waiting for someone to ask him a question they're busy stocking shelves so when you're ready to buy something, it's on the shelf. That is a very smart manager working with those employees here she is very knowledgeable. They know that the customer might buy quite a few items they come there so when the next customer comes, they wanna make sure that there's something on the shelf so that the customer can make a proper choice and there's usually a variety which makes it nice for the customer so if you're looking for a department store that has it all and wonderful sales people and polite and kind cashiers go to Kohl's department store of Conway and you'll be glad you did take it from me the satisfied customer.

My account was never recovered, so we stopped going and switched to Costco and the Sam's Club in Little Rock. After almost a year, we finally returned to the Conway location. While scanning our items, the store's main manager, Kevin, recognized us. He mentioned he hadn't seen us in a while and asked what had happened. He even remembered our account issue! After explaining everything, he sincerely apologized, said he'd look into it, and comped our membership for a year! That's leadership and customer service! Now I can come back every weekend.

The Silk Greek Yogurt is labeled $1.59 on the end tag if you buy 5 in very small print. Normally the little cups are $2.59 each. A Senior person can get confused & think the cups are on sale for $1.59 each; then get upset if you get less and get charged full price. They should make the end tag writing LARGER to keep down confusion.
