I'm glad we went to Sam's today! For those who don't know, we had a saga with Sam's Club in Conway last year--our account was accidentally deleted, and while trying to recover it, one of the managers was extremely rude to my wife. My account was never recovered, so we stopped going and switched to Costco and the Sam's Club in Little Rock. After almost a year, we finally returned to the Conway location. While scanning our items, the store's main manager, Kevin, recognized us. He mentioned he hadn't seen us in a while and asked what had happened. He even remembered our account issue! After explaining everything, he sincerely apologized, said he'd look into it, and comped our membership for a year! That's leadership and customer service! No matter where we go via car, we always fill up w/gas at Sam's. If there is no Sam's, we venture to the other club for gas. Price is usually the best. read more

This Sam's Club is very clean as of now. The staff at the food court here helpful. Gas was the cheapest in the area. It has the same basic setup as any other Sam's but there are labels above areas like "Electronics", "Floral", etc. There is a roundabout you have to drive through on the street to get here. read more

Jeez I was excited to get a Sam's Club in Conway. So tired of going to LR and dealing with rude, trashy people at the Cantrell location. That was until I had the luxury of dealing with the incompetent General Manager (middle aged white male) and Floor Manager (middle aged black female) at this location. I was trying to buy a TV, Roku and sound bar which had ADVERTISED "up to" $500 off if all bought at once. Quite convenient for me since that's what we were wanting. Each level of management REFUSED to honor price advertised because I wanted the 55" and not the 70". Logic, reasoning, honesty and common sense eluded each person I dealt with. Pure incompetence and disrespect for customers shown by their ignorance. What unfit individuals they have working here. Positive note: I did have excellent CS from the Mobile associate that helped me with my upgrade. read more

Love the Sam's club. The meat department is great. Always good quality and lots of choices. Not a fan of self checkout though.

Have shopped here a few times and the store is generally very clean. The shelves are stocked and the checkout is easy. Anytime I have big item orders I can place an order for pickup and they are kind enough to bring it out to my car and load it for me. read more

Very large New Sam's Club. Some things we don't have at our local Sams. Cheese & meat selection were great!

I was assaulted by one of the shoppers inside the Sams club store. I was not hurt but I was in fear, by his actions and words that he intended on hurting me. I used my shopping cart to keep him away off of me. I told the staff, and they called the police for me. In short, the police said it was a civil matter and I would have to take him to court. I notified the managers and asked them to look at the video which showed the incident. After weeks of excuses, they finally looked at the video and said and they would do nothing to keep this person out of the store. I am giving people fair warning. Your safety is in your own hands. read more

Today I go to this samsclub. I went in to buy pizza and the hotdog the woman sold me was rude. She puts the pizza in the box and throws it to me like I buy free or her food for me. It's only morning, not afternoon but she must be tired and the same attitude towards me. . i was very polite all the time pls, thanks to her. she sees me as Asian so distinguish me ??? If I could do no stars I would. I came to get a tire because I ran over something while traveling on the interstate. I decided I'd just go ahead and get all 4. I waited two hours which I expected..... but only for them to tell me they couldn't figure out how to get it on the lift! I said it's a 2012. 3/4 Ford, you're telling me you've never did one? No I don't think so, they said. I asked them to please just repair my tore and I'd be on my way, since it's in the last row of tread "they cannot repair that" which is crap, no it's bot in the sidewall. Ive explained multiply times I have a trailer and horses at a place off the side of the road because I had to unhook to get here, but they continue to joke around and stop to have a laugh while I set here and wait, oh and stop and look at people walking through the parking lot. Literally one of the worst experiences I've ever had. read more

Do NOT come here for anything with tires. Worst experience ever. Totally lost our business. Completely incompetent. They had no idea how to even get my spare tire out of my minivan. Watched them tear out our seats and shake entire van for 20 minutes or more. Turns out they didn't even take out the mat on floor for spare tire. THEN they said they would order me a new tire cause the tire had a nail in it but it would be here for few days they just handed back my keys without putting spare on cause they are idiots and couldn't figure it out at a tire shop. THEN a week goes by I call they never even ordered the tire. So they order it with me on phone. THEN when it does come in I take it in they supposedly put new tire on. I drive car little the next few days but notice the light is on and tire is still low. THE IDIOTS PUT IT ON THE WRONG SIDE! leaving the tire with nail in and changed out a perfectly good tire. They also hung up on me mid sentence three times and walked away while I was explaining how to get tire out. First time in there. I am pregnant and had toddler and they were rude and had no idea what they were doing. Complete idiots working there would not ever use. read more

I'm done with Sam's club in Conway! I was so excited when we finally got one because I would not have to drive to Little Rock anymore. I would much rather drive to LR and will in the future. A 3 hr wait for tire rotation is ridiculous! When I initially checked in to fix a tire I was told it would be approx 30 mins because there was a battery and tire rotation in front of me. I didn't realize changing to a tire rotation would have such time consequences. Btw- the tire rotation in front of me took approx 2 hrs. Honestly this is just the proverbial straw. The customer service throughout the store is horrible (the tire guy was great tho in CS) and they just don't consistently have the items I need. Sadly, all Sam's clubs could use some CS training and efficiency training- they are all slow and have horrible service; possibly a reflection of how they are treated by the company. Going to have to really rethink my membership next year. But for now, back to LR I go... sad face :-( read more
