Great service and excellent selection of products at an affordable price. Came in for one product but found another selection I liked more.

This is one of the best Targets around. The place is clean and stays pretty well stocked.

Wife and I came here to use a gift card. We browsed thru the store and got some eggs, cheese, and some other groceries. We got in line and were next to be checked out and after about 5 minutes the cashier decides she isn't going to check me out after she is finished with her current customer even though her light was on and I had been standing there in line the entire time. I was told to go to another line, all of which were backed up. We went from next in line to BACK OF THE LINE. I will never shop here again. FUCK TARGET and that bitch cashier. We left the store and abandoned the cart right there in the lane and our groceries and went to Wal-Mart. I hope they had to discard all my refrigerated item. Take the cost out of that sorry ass cashiers check. This experience gave me a whole new appreciation for self check out and WalMart. Target can kiss my ass!! read more

I work for Marco's pizza. Today Target ordered 3 separate $100 orders for 10 pizzas each. The Target store is actually over a mile out of delivery area but made special consideration due to the size of the order. Not one driver was tipped for bringing any of the orders! Keep in mind delivery drivers make less than half of minimum wage wile on the road. We only go outside delivery area for special or large orders. This is kinda messed up Target please do better. Update: 04/01/2020: Still shopping at this location and the Target website and still have nothing but good things to say. I purchased a air purifier that was listed with a different price and at checkout found out and a manager came along and was kind enough to make it right and give me the price that was listed by discount. I couldn't believe they were willing to go above and beyond like that for me and I will continue shopping here for my household items and groceries because I really appreciate their kindness and clean stores. I shop at this Target is because it's always pretty calm. I gave it 3 stars because I don't like how the employees treat their customers. Most of them mind their business but every time I go I feel like I'm getting stalked by staff with Walkie-talkies. I may be a bit paranoid but they make me feel like a THEIF and I end up scared to even grab my phone or glasses out of my purse. Next the manager is supposed to be helpful but instead she's just rude. She's been there for a while because I shop there all the time but I ALWAYS walk my buggy back to the door if they are closing and she doesn't say thanks or have a good evening NOTHING! She was rude to my children as well. I won't go into detail about how horrific the bathrooms are but I always make sure to go before I go shopping. They turn the lights out while you're walking to the front and this happened a few times due to a speaker system that doesn't have a volume button apparently! I have never heard an announcement at closing time and because I'm scared to grab my phone I end up shopping in the dark! I do love the pharmacy so I give my stars to them. read more

My sister and I Came to the store with a coupon for a turkey 25 per cent off.There were no turkeys out .She asked a young man named Kyle to see if there were any turkeys He certainly went out of the way to help us.He got on his phone and found there are turkeys in the back'He spoke to Morgan and she came out with a nice big turkey for us and also checked us out so we didn't have to wait in line.Both of them were very pleasant, helpful, and professional.I worked in retail for 20 years and I would give those two young people an a+ for their great service.I will be returning to Target in Conway Arkansas again for my Holiday shopping read more

LOVE Target! This one always has great customer service throughout the store. I can NEVER go in for just one thing. Too many great products and prices to pass up! I love target but I have seen cleaner restrooms in truck stops. These were absolutely disgusting. Three people walked in, said gross and walked out. Myself included. It's like that every time I've gone in there at this location. The restroom situation should really be addressed. read more

Very dissatisfied with Target in Conway. I live 40 miles away and called them on the phone to check on availability of a product and price match before I drove there. Over the phone I was told yes they price match my product price from another local competitor and product was available at their store. So I drove 40 miles to be told no we do not price match with that local competitor so it was a wasted trip for me. I left the store empty handed and not even I am sorry for the mess up just looked at me like I was stupid and how dare I ask them such a thing. Will not go by the advice of associates that answer phones anymore. read more
