I don't normally post a low rating, but very frustrated with the lack of service after the sale! I first ordered a bedroom set that took months after the estimated date I was given upon purchase. Decided to give them another chance and ordered a dining room in August. I was told I would receive it in mid October and I wasn't thrilled about having to wait that long. Now I call to find out when in October I will receive my table and I'm told it will be in November. The sales person even stressed that she told me it was November and that is what she wrote on the invoice. So why would I be expecting it in October? You better read the fine print when you make a purchase and you better not be in a hurry to get your items. Very disappointed. read more

If you are looking for superior customer service including respectful back & forth from the sales staff and promised delivery date? I strongly suggest you shop at another store NOT FURNITURE ROW!! they required payment in full at the time of the order, promised delivery in 7-10 days. 22 days passed before I received any communication from Assistant Manager, Jesus telling me my purchase had arrived. I attempted to explain why I was annoyed with the sales transaction, he interrupted and spoke over me. I asked to speak to his supervisor, Jesus told me he was the assistant manager and there was no other staff to take my complaint at this Conway store. THen he added "I will be happy to offer you a refund". Customer service after the sale is non-existent at Furniture Row, Conway AR No communication for 22 days! Not acceptable. Bought a bed and mattress at the very beginning of January and was told it would take 4-6 weeks to be delivered. I've made 6 phone calls and each time I've been told that it'll be another few weeks. Well, here we are 6 months later and still absolutely nothing to show for the $2,000+ spent. When I called for the 6th time today, the manager seemed to think this was a funny, funny situation and was zero help and doesn't care. His solution is to pick out furniture that I don't like and give more money to a company with ZERO customer service. The only thing they're willing to do is provide a $150 refund when/if this furniture ever shows up. read more

They have great clearance and managers specials. When items go on sale they are a great price. Otherwise a over priced for the quality. Magnolia collection is beautiful high quality furniture. So much selection. Delivery is a little tricky because they wait until a load is on a route so it may take longer to actually get it even though they have the merchandise. read more

I went in to the store 3 times over the Labor Day weekend. The first time anyone spoke to me was my 3rd visit. On my first visit, sales people were walking around the store, just none of them asked me if I needed any assistance. On my 2nd visit, ALL of the sales people were sitting on a sectional sofa that is set up in front of the front desk. I don't even know how they all fit. But, they sat there the entire time I was in the store. The sales people were plenty nice, once they got up off their butts! read more

As I have recently moved & been in the market to buy multiple items for my home (a living room set, dining table & mattress), I have gone to Furniture Row in Conway multiple times & have never received any assistance or service any of the times I have gone in. Today I went to check out their living room furniture again and spent 30 minutes walking around, sitting on and trying out couches, & reading over the details of the customizable sectionals. My family ordered new Furniture from the Conway Arkansas location on January 16th. We were told our furniture would be here "Early February". A couple of weeks, no big deal. It's now February 20th. When I called two weeks ago to check on the arrival, I was told by Betsy "Everything is here except the armless pieces. Probably another week before we get them in" I patiently waited two weeks before calling back today, and Betsy just happened to answer the phone. Today she tells me "The last armless piece is on the truck, but we have no idea when the console piece will be here" I pointed out to her that she, herself told me two weeks ago that we were only waiting on the armless pieces. She offered no explanation or resolution. To say I'm frustrated and disappointed would be a major understatement. read more

"I can't negotiate on the price." What is that? You are the manager, you know that we have been waiting to purchase the selected table. My husband and I have been shopping for a dining room set for a few months. We wait in the store for a good 30 minutes knowing what we want without an ounce of service. After all that we left, and for coming back to give a second chance you need to give us the price to make it happen. She couldn't even throw in free delivery. Associates are always friendly! We've been in constant search for all types of furniture so we usually stop in here. We've bought couches here and they're fantastic! Delivery and everything. Now, we did by a whole set of tables for the LR and the tops scratch so easily! Everything is a tad bit on the pricer side. Quality/style choices are hit and miss. read more

It ended up taking 3 delivery setups, because even after I went up there and saw the manager write it down for delivery in the book right in front of me, he later claimed it didn't happen, our furniture has also broken many times, what we thought to be expensive real wood, turned out to be cheap (heavy) particle board. Also they delivered the wrong pieces, and when they ordered the right ones, they didn't deliver like they said they would, we had to pick up and assemble our selves (with our delivery fee in their pockets) and stuff was compleatly broken in the boxes. read more
