Love the Tournament of Champions program where they reward you for playing! No other place does this that I've been to. The events are sometimes kept a little too casual as some of the smaller ones or the ones late at night get forgotten but judges are requisitioned when they have a large event and the judge are helpful and polite. The people here are typically polite (you can't control your customers completely) and I will continue to come back as much as I get time to go play a board game for free or Magic on any night (but Monday or Wednesday)

I'm referring to D&D and Warhammer! This place is large, and hosts a number of competitions and gaming sessions at their numerous tables. They also sell other board games, however, for those who aren't into role plays. If you're not sure what you want to buy, you can sit down at a table and try out some of the open ones they've provided as demos for customers! They also have Magic the Gathering cards and Munchkin! If you get hungry or thirsty, you can take advantage of the snacks and drinks they sell at the front of the store. My sister was especially delighted to find the ice cream. The man who runs it was very friendly and didn't mind answering questions about the various games and cards, even recommending some good sets for beginners or the curious. Can't wait to go back!

They're very knowledgeable when you're looking for a specific thing, they will point you in the right direction And if you need help in anyway. they're there to do their job and that's to inform you and to make sure you know your purchase is complete when you go to the register you'll be satisfied because they will help you make your choice if that's what you want or they'll just point you in the right direction of where the item is you want and let you make the decision. Usually if you're there to buy an appliance or you're there to buy anything in the area where the kitchen items are it's pretty self-explanatory when you look at things, but if something needs more explaining they're there for you so when you go to Kohl's, look around for that sales person they're not gonna be just stand around waiting for someone to ask him a question they're busy stocking shelves so when you're ready to buy something, it's on the shelf. That is a very smart manager working with those employees here she is very knowledgeable.
