Scheduling: I called to schedule just a few days in advance and they fit me in with no problems. I received a confirmation email and reminder texts, which was great. You have to put down a credit card, which will only be charged if you are a no show. Ambiance: of the stores in Little Rock that I visited, the ambiance here is the least charming. There are a few seating areas for different parties but the lighting and decoration isn't as romantic as the other stores I visited. Not bad, but not great. Selection: I did not find my dress here, but that's because I have a very specific vision that is not too traditional or classic. They had beautiful gowns from 5+ designers, which was good, but just not my style! Service: I LOVED the consultant who helped me here, Melissa. She was so sweet in the way she described her approach to helping brides and I felt zero pressure from her to buy. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and pulled items that she thought would fit my style. By the end of the session I felt like we were buds! Price: dresses here run between 1.5k and 3k, which is about the same as the other shops I visited.

With a look that let me know we cannot ever do business again. I had plenty of cloth made by many good and hard-working tailors overseas and state side, but this is the norm for people of my culture to assume we do not have enough money or are thuggish too much to probably afford her cloths. But as I told her son ALL of mines have had a good education and work to get what they want. I will continue to do my business as always out of State.

I wish I could give negative stars. The worst experience ever! I have had my girls in pageants…read moreand shopped dresses and had oodles of quality alterations done. This dress happened to be for me. I am marrying my high school sweetheart after 30 years apart. We are having a wedding only because his parents have prayed for this for years as did mine. My mom and brother passed away last year two weeks apart. He came to console me and we realized we never stopped loving one another. My 81 year old Aunt is like a bonus mom and pretty much all of the family besides my girls that I have. We wanted them to take part in our happiness and thank them for their years of praying. I told stylist my budget. We only looked at dresses in the budget. Tried on 5 dresses. The last one she brought to me and it was big but they didn't have my size in the others. It was at the top of my budget. The alterations manager came to tell me that my alterations should be about 200.00. The next week at my alteration appointment for a hem and a bodice taken in, stitching belt to dress and a "bustle" to keep train up at reception was $400.00. I was charged $60 for a rush order because the wedding was in two and half weeks. They did the alterations in a week. i was upset that a plain jane dress that was in my budget was now a $1000.00 dress With the alterations. I realized after this that the dress she sold me was a size 16 wide. I wear a street size 10. I am 5'2". I would have rather looked and tried on $1000.00 dresses that would fit me instead of settling for a dress in my budget that was a mile too big and almost the cost of the dress in alterations. I had finally sucked it up and got over being gouged and decided to enjoy my wedding in spite of being mislead, ripped off and manipulated. I went to alteration pick up today. It was a nightmare. I put the dress on and the only thing they did correctly is the hem. I guess it is ok. I didn't even walk around in it because I was so disturbed at the other alterations. If they even did the alterations to the bodice I cannot tell. The top of dress which is strapless sweetheart cut just hovers around my body. It doesn't even touch me. My breasts are just hanging out in there. I am a B cup and this bodice is made for at least a D cup. I asked the lady assisting me if they even took up the bodice as I had paid for. She said, "I don't know". I mentioned that I would have to buy a huge bra and stuff it just to make it look right. She then suggested I use body tape. Why should I have to use body tape when I paid $70 for you to fix this part?! I realized then that they did not care about their work. They had $1000 of my money end they were satisfied. I asked at the first appointment about hooking the dress up in the center at train to keep it off of the floor while dancing. They suggested a bustle. I tried to get a good explanation of what a bustle was in their mind. I didn't get one. I did ask when she was pinning it up if it would look crazy like that once they put the bustle in and that I wanted the dress to still be straight and just the train up. She assured me that it would look like the train just disappeared. The "bustle" is 5 sporadic Walmart ribbons and round plastic hoops you hand tie the ribbons to that gather the outer layer of the back and sides of the dress up off of the floor. It ended up being just a random poof in the back and sides of the dress. It looked ridiculous and a lot like the evil stepmother's dress in Cinderella. I took pictures in the dressing room. I was so upset that when i was dressed we had to wait to get our dress bag that I left my fiancé holding the dress and told him I was going to the car before I lose my mind. He was devastated that I was devastated. He told them exactly what he thought about it before he walked out. They asked for us to come back on Saturday to speak with the manager. Nope. Got a planned trip and leaving in the morning. When we get back we work and we have to do a lot of last minute preparations for the wedding in a week. I called corporate. It took ten calls before I could find a human being to speak with. Customer service says they are too busy with calls and to text a number and someone would talk to me through text. I did. It was a bot. She sent the same message three times because she was not a human and could not understand anything that she is not programmed with. I finally spoke to Julia at corporate. I told her everything I have said here. She put me on hold and called the store in Little Rock Arkansas. After about 10 minutes she came back and cheerfully told me that if I go back to the store tonight at 6 pm they would fix it and do it while I am there. 1. They were incompetent the first time so I am supposed to not only have to drive back 45 minutes one way this evening and spend who knows how long with these people. The alterations manager is a snotty person. TBC

When I asked if they had a Melissa Sweet dress to try on she had to go ask her manager if they had it, turns out that line hasn't even came in, how do you not know that and work at Davids Bridal? The location was easy to get to. I arrived and MIchelle was ready for me. She asked if I needed anything to drink and was super nice and accommodating! The dress selection was plenty for me. I believe I tried on 7-10 dresses. Tuesdays are their slower days, so I definitely felt special having the store to myself (besides one other person who was there at first)! The dresses were priced perfectly. I didn't try on a dress more than $1,000. Michelle listened to my specific "wants" and pulled dresses as needed. I was a little hot, but the assistant quickly brought a fan which helped tremendously! I definitely recommend Rendezvous Formal Wear! She even had a selection of party dresses, which I can't wait to come back and try on for New Years!!

On the day I picked up my vest I tried it on and it didn't fit. The 2 clerks working didn't even come from behind the clounter until I told them it didn't fit right. Both clerks were snobbish and apathetic. They told me the only thing that could be done was to order a smaller size. I explained to them the initial clerk told me it could be altered. They replied that they didn't know who would tell me that but they were sorry. The rest of the wedding party has not picked up there vest but undoubtedly some may need altering but we are just up a creek. My wife called and got the same type of attitude from the clerk. She asked to speak with the owner and conveniently the clerk said she was unavailable untill the next week. I give a one because yelp doesn't give a zero as a choice.

My daughter's wedding dress experience at Danielle's was highly disappointing. Absolutely nothing…read morelike we were expecting as being the most fun event during wedding season. When we arrived for the much-anticipated appointment, the consultant did not introduce herself (I can't even call her out by name because she never gave us her name) and honestly made us feel like she was bothered by having to assist us. The only question she asked me (mother of the bride) was what was my budget. We weren't offered water much less champagne. We all started looking at dresses and she quickly said "those won't fit her, you can only look on this side". But all dresses are ordered in the bride's size so what difference did it matter which sizes we were looking at?? The consultant never engaged in conversation with my daughter (where is the wedding, tell me about your fiancé, what style dress are you looking for....nothing). My daughter tried on 5-6 dresses (I don't even remember because it was unmemorable) and when I would ask if she could clip them in the back she would just cinch it up and hold it so we couldn't really tell what it looked like. There was no pedestal for the bride to stand on to get a good view of the dress. My daughter already thought she knew what dress she wanted, which is why we went to Danielle's as they carried the dress, but she still wanted to try on other options and have the full experience. The consultant never asked her dress preferences and never pulled dresses for her. Myself and the others in the group pulled dresses but the consultant never even offered and she is supposed to be the expert. I had to ask about veils. We were never offered to look at veils in the veil room nor was my daughter asked her preferences. The consultant just brought out a few that my daughter did not like and the consultant then just lost interest and said we were done. We bought the dress she had wanted going into the appointment but the consultant never offered to take a picture of the group and just sent us to the cashier and disappeared. My daughter went today to pick up the dress and they didn't offer for her to try it on, for her to look at veils again or even alterations. Just here is your dress, bye. Thank goodness we have a local seamstress to do the alterations as I wouldn't have trusted Danielle's to care about doing the alterations correctly. I know Danielle's has many positive reviews but our experience was awful and nothing that you dream about as a little girl. Shame on Danielle's for not creating the magical wedding dress experience! I am yelling loud and clear to all of my friends whose daughters are getting married to not shop at Danielle's! So disappointing!!

I loved every little thing about shopping at Danielle's. 1) When you make an appointment to shop, you don't have to "share" the floor with anyone else. It was just me and my family, so it was very comfortable and felt very special. 2) The women who work there are genuinely so kind and not pushy at all. If a dress is not for you then it's just not for you. You don't get the feeling that they are desperately working on commission or something. They were respectful of my budget and not judgey at all. 3) They can sell you a dress right off the rack - no need to order one. When I shopped there, I only had 8 weeks until my wedding. Other stores just could not wrap their minds around this and kept letting me try on gowns that took way longer to have made / ordered. But at Danielle's they assured me that I could take home a dress that day if need be. 4) The sample sizes were very inclusive. It was explained to me that there are two types of sizing for bridal gown. There is the standard sizing which runs very small and there is the "W" size which stands for "woman" - meaning that it has more room for these hips! They carry lots of "W" sized gowns so I was really able to try on gowns that fit instead of just "imagining" what the right size would look like. Did I also mention that I found THE dress of my dreams here?! I seriously didn't think that it even existed, but the moment she pulled it out, I knew it was perfect. It fit like it was made for me (only needed to be hemmed, which they did perfectly) and I was able to purchase that one! I recommend Danielle's to every bride I know!

The setting is beautiful and welcoming, and there is something almost magical about it. It immediately feels special, like you are stepping into a place where brides really find their dress. The inventory is massive. Truly massive. People travel from all over because the selection is that incredible. Row after row of gowns in every style you can imagine. Classic, modern, dramatic, simple. It is all there. And it goes far beyond just wedding gowns. They have everything bridal. Veils, accessories, and even black dresses. What really stands out is the depth of knowledge. The team knows bridal inside and out. They understand fit, designers, alterations, and how to guide a bride through what can feel like a huge decision. You feel supported the entire time. And here is something that says a lot. They see an average of about 60 brides every Saturday. Sixty. That alone tells you how trusted and loved this place is. Another thing I love is that weddings today often involve multiple looks. Ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner, and sometimes even a send-off dress. You can end up wearing three or four dresses throughout your wedding events, and Low's has something for every moment. If you are getting married and you skip Low's Bridal, you are honestly missing out. The selection, the experience, and the expertise make it one of those places every bride should visit!!
