They do service, trade-ins, sales - and they've got an excellent range of bikes and price ranges. I came here (way out of my stomping grounds in Little Rock!) to trade-in the aforementioned road bike. I loved it, it was beautiful, but I just couldn't rock in on the rough paths I tend to take. So! It was time for a trade. I called a few shops in Little Rock, but none of them did trades. One of them did, however, suggest two shops a bit farther away who did. So I called J & P! Right off the bat, they were awesome on the phone. Courteous, friendly, prompt, and had the answers to every questions I threw at them. Top marks! It may be a little out of the way for Little Rockers, but they've got what you need. And if you need it, these guys are worth the trip :)

I like to go to specialty running stores because they usually have very experienced staff that give great running tips and offer products specific to my own personal running needs. This place was no exception there--Experienced, professional staff that assisted me with what I needed and didn't try to pressure me into buying some over-priced junk that I'll never use. However, what really set this place apart was the selection. I have literally gone to countless stores in search of 2 specific things..to no avail.. until I came here!! I was looking to replace my Brooks Pure Cadence running shoes and buy some new Brooks running socks. I could have ordered online, but I wasn't sure if I may need to go up another shoe size & you can't always be sure on the material of the socks.. so I wanted to actually feel them before I bought them! Yes, I'm that particular .. lol Not only did they have both.. but in stock ..and in my size ..which is quite amazing since I wear shoe in a half size.. And.. just when I thought it couldn't get any better.... I was told my shoes were 40% off the normal price!! I know where I'm sending my husband for my Christmas gift this year! They recently expanded their footprint and offer more than just running clothes, including tri and some biking clothes. The owners and staff are so helpful! They've fit me for probably 8 to 10 pairs of shoes, and put my husband in the shoes he ran his first half-marathon in (they took a lot of time with him and watched him run in 5 to 7 pairs of shoes until they all settled on what was best for him). They have a great variety of options in shoes, and their clothes are so cute! I want every outfit they have! Today when I stopped in, three of the store employees were helping me find what I needed; they are very attentive, but don't pressure you. They also have sale merchandise all the time. I'm so glad this store is in Conway. I don't want to go anywhere else for my running supplies!

Well I placed a small order for myself and my assistant managers for shirts. I was quoted a total…read morecost of $29 originally. The proofing process took longer than necessary but that's no biggie. They said they were busy and mine being a small order I expected to incur some delay. Once we printed the shirts I arrived to pick them up and pay. My initial greeting was from a young and attractive woman who seemed to be bothered with helping me. Rude and uninviting was my take. Disappointing because I had hoped to have found a local shop to print my companies future shirt orders and because Cabot is still a small and friendly town. I ignored her temperament as it would not serve any benefit to respond in the same manner. Then and older gentleman appeared from the back, greated me with a friendly smile and began to chat with me, which I appreciated greatly. The invoice wasn't ready and we agreed to pay within a couple of days. Not a problem! Once I arrived home I inspected the shirts and realized that the front lettering on my shirt was printed off center and to the left. I figured we would just print up another and the problem would be resolved. Surprise! I was told no. I was told that they would not charge me for the misprinted shirt nor would they print another one as "it was not cost effective" to print another. What about good service? Also, remember the original price of $29, well now the price with the free shirt was $30. A dollar more than originally priced including a free, misprinted shirt that I cannot wear. So disappointed in Cook's level of professionalism. I did point out the pricing error and they did agree to the original pricing with a deduction for the free shirt but I'm still without a shirt to wear to work with my management staff. Plus I the customer was made to feel like a burden and unimportant with an attempted price increase. Sad but maybe you will find this review beneficial.

I took a pair of work boots for insoles and some sewing repair . Was told it should take about 3…read moreweeks. After 5 weeks I called and was told they weren't ready, after 10 weeks I went in to the shop and was told to have a seat they did the repairs while I waited. There was several places where glue was spilled on them which is strange because they didn't use glue on my boots. The sew job wasn't complete. And the insoles were not the ones I ordered.
